This is an excellent all around headset. Sound quality for both the speaker and mic are impressive. I am yet to have the battery go out on me even with all day meetings and gaming in the evening. Connection issues are quite rare, and I can indeed roam pretty much my entire house without worry that it will drop. I should say that it might not fit users with smaller heads, as I have it on the smallest it can go and it just barely works for me, and I did have to repair the earmuff as it started coming undone. Overall though, I would happily recommend this headset.

I bought this to use with Teams. PROS: Mute button on headset works with Teams, no more being double-muted. Amazing range, my office is in the basement of my house and I can go upstairs, outside, and out to the mailbox by the street without losing signal. Comfort seems fine, I spend 4-6 hours a day on the phone and haven't had any issues. CONS: Minor but any time I'm muted and I clear my throat or it picks up the sound of my loud mechanical keyboard, it says "muted" in my ear. I like that it confirms "muted" or "unmuted" if I'm toggling between the mute options, but I wish I could disable the reminder when it thinks I'm trying to speak, because the majority of the time it's just picking up random noises inadvertently.

This is by far the best headset you can buy for its long-distance wireless reception. When I got to the end of my block, the reception was still clear. The reason it can do this is that it is not using Bluetooth. It uses an actual radio-based frequency. There is no way on Earth my Bose Headset can get this range. It also has superior noise cancellation. Someone could be mowing the lawn, working in the kitchen, or vacuuming, and the other person will not hear any of the background noise. No Bluetooth headset will ever come close to the range and sound quality of Yealink WH62 single or dual.

Just FYI: I did end up returning this because the hardware wasn't what I expected. When I used it, the sound was crystal clear, the headset was comfortable, and I could leave it on all day without worrying about it suddenly dying mid-conversation. The reason for my return is that I wanted a headset that connected to my computer with a USB dongle. This one **technically** does that, but the charging base connects to the computer and acts like a dongle. While this is fine if you have a desktop or you're stationary, it's a pain if you're more mobile: you can't really pack up the charging base each time you go into a different room. If they made one with an independent charging base and a separate USB dongle, I'd absolutely get it.

I thought I did my due diligence and found the ultimate pair of headphones for long working sessions on Microsoft Teams, but after two days I soon realized they needed to go. This setup almost hit every item I needed and achieved the following flawlessly: Last more than 8 hours on one charge Charge wirelessly Faster to the draw of accepting calls Boom mic automatically mutes when moved up and lets you know with a voice prompt Listeners say I sound very clear and Able to connect to two PCs and seamlessly transition between the two. Where it missed: Comfort level declined after two hours of wear and constant adjustments, I no longer want to put these headphones on. This one is not the portable version. Popping sound on my end only for certain calls. I had to have the volume up higher (84) than normal (59) to hear comfortably. Did not work for Zoom. Software doesn't have enough functionality to adjust how much ambient or noise control we need. Software worked on WIN11 box but not on WIN10 All of the buttons only disconnected my calls, none activated teams or soft phone, as manual described and I could not get Teams integrated with the headphones. I have created a Sev 2 support ticket to try to work with Yealink, but they state only partners will get priority attention. So I submitted a ticket as a partner on 7/7/24, three days later, still no response or indication that it has been assigned to a technician. I received better technical support through Amazon, who deemed the device defective. I'm returning this set and opting for the Yealink BH76Plus with hopes it is my glass slipper.
