if you mean "homeline", as in Square D, then yes, it will technically fit.. but isn't UL approved for that installation

Most of that 7" length (and the attached grounding wire) is hidden below the panel plate in your box. It takes up the space of a standard double-width breaker in your panel. It should have the same dimensions of the ground-fault breaker that you are replacing.
