I'd say yes, they definitely seal on the face well enough to prevent sweat from falling down from your head to your eyes. But if your eye area within the foam perimeter gets warm/sweaty then you'll generate fog inside which now can't escape.

They still fogged up even with an application of Rain-x anti fog. Also tried diving goggle anti fog stuff. still fogged up. On their own, 0. with diving anti-fog 4. with Rain-x 5.

The indoor outdoor has anti glare which works great in bright sunlight but does not make indoors dark by using a smoked or dark lenses to cut down on sun induced glare. Not recomendable for night time use. Use the clear for that.
