Q: I bought 6 and it seems as though 2 has a higher psi and is pusging out to much gas ?

What is the question? You are just making a statement! Are you trying to ask if you should return them? Obviously there is a problem with consistency in performance. If you are testing in the car then perhaps you have an electronic fuel injector controller problem. Swap the #2 fuel injector to a different injector location and see if the problem follows the injector or if the "bad" injector works fine in a different location.. If the problem follows #2 injector then it is clearly a bad injector. If not then it is in the controller. If you are using a bench tester individually on each fuel injector and your TESTING IS CONSISTENT (same set-up, same battery voltage, same fuel pressure, same pulse method) then obviously, as you say your "2 is not consistent with the others" and the conclusion is to return all of them. Also, you might want to connect with a knowledgeable person to learn from. Most people today are NOT knowledgeable enough to do their own auto repair without some good coaching. This is not an appropriate forum to learn diagnostics from.
