The other advantages outweigh this drawback. If you’re seeking a powerful desktop replacement, this is the one to choose. If it can’t satisfy you, no other laptop will.

I purchased the Dell Gaming Laptop with high hopes, but it turned out to be a massive disappointment. In terms of gaming performance, it falls far behind even an HP i3 7th gen laptop with 2GB AMD graphics. The sluggishness is unbearable, making gaming a frustrating experience rather than an enjoyable one. Compared to its competitors like the Acer Nitro series, this Dell laptop pales in comparison. The sluggish performance coupled with subpar graphics make it one of the worst gaming laptops I've encountered. What's worse, the laptop is already up for replacement from Dell, which speaks volumes about its reliability and build quality. Save yourself the headache and avoid this Dell gaming laptop at all costs. Invest your money in a better-performing and more reliable option elsewhere.

this is my first gaming laptop but trust me it won't disappoint you. i've tried many AAA rated games such as GOW, Miles Morales, AC mirage and all of them were giving 80-100 fps on an avg with ultra settings the trackpad is also quite smooth no screen wobble or bleeding it had some issues with the Bluetooth audio, whenever i connected my headphones the audio came out of the speakers and same issue with every other headphones but it got resolved with the windows update go for it don't think much and whatever laptop you buy there will always be better choices coming out in the market so don't think much and be happy with your own

I Don't feel it's overpriced because the service by dell deserve it. The laptops is awesome really the battery life is less still the other specs are very good. Steady build 💪. Good performance the dell support application really good experience 👍.

ok i m here after using it for a year ,and i can say this laptop has the worst connectivity issues,i have changed the wifi card for 4 times and now still while writing this review i am connected to wired network.performance wise this laptop hasnt disappointed me but with regards to wifi ,I dont know whts wrong with intel/dell/software.But facing this issue again and again made me loose confidence in this laptop and i would never recommended anyone to get this azz laptop .this time when i raised the issue ,in support assist (those who dont know,its an app by dell ,you can direclty connect with them via app easily ,even though there are alternative ways too) i couldnt even manage to open the app .like lmao i was stuck ,i already had my complaint raised there but then i had to again raise the issue vai whatsapp. in short this lapotp has given me tough times during my 12th,right now i am in 12th and i dont have much time for all these nonsese going on with laptop to be honest otherwise the weight of the laptop may affecct ,its too heavy,the fans are awesome ,the laptop has good thermal , the laptop could be 9.5/10 in this range but only bcz of one issue ie. wifi card issue i am rating it 5/10 .i am very unappy with this laptop

found too laptop heavy, charger heavy and robast to carry, heats faster , battery drains faster. totaly it's uncomfortable to handle. is there any other option to replace with good one. i was expecting same configratio. pls suggest
