Simple to use and works well.
Unfortunately the dash cam I was fitting in my wife’s Juke didn’t come with the mini micro fuse adapter that the Juke needed and although I was offered a part from the dash cam manufacturer it’s delivery time was too long so these relatively cheap units with next day delivery worked out fine. They do come with a set of fuses and a fuse removal tool, but I would probably have preferred to purchase the leads individually, but at this price you can’t complain.

Gebildet 4pcs 12V 24V Add-a-Circuit Micro 2 Fuse Tap - Review
I was on the lookout for a simple yet reliable solution to add additional circuits to my car without causing any damage or requiring complex rewiring. The Gebildet 4pcs 12V 24V Add-a-Circuit Micro 2 Fuse Tap seemed to fit the bill, so I gave them a go.What’s in the Box?You get a pack of four Add-a-Circuit fuse taps, which are compatible with both 12V and 24V systems. The pack includes two types of fuse taps: Micro 2 and Mini fuse sizes, which makes them versatile enough to suit a range of vehicles and applications.Build QualityFor the price, I was pleasantly surprised by the build quality. The fuse taps are made of high-quality plastic and brass contacts, which seem sturdy and durable. The brass pins provide a solid connection, and the overall design feels secure. You can tell they’re made for long-term use, and there’s no flimsy feeling when inserting the fuses.Ease of InstallationInstalling the fuse taps is a straightforward process. If you’re comfortable with basic electrical work, it’s a simple job of pulling out an existing fuse, inserting the tap, and then placing the new fuse in the additional slot. The included instructions are clear and easy to follow, though for anyone with a bit of knowledge about automotive electrics, it’s quite intuitive.I used them to power a few accessories in my car, such as a dash cam and a phone charger, and the installation went without a hitch. The tap slots fit well in my car’s fuse box, and the added circuit worked without any issues.PerformancePerformance-wise, these fuse taps do exactly what they’re meant to do. They provide a secure connection to the car’s existing electrical system, allowing you to add new circuits without compromising the integrity of the original fuses. Since the product supports both 12V and 24V systems, I can see it being useful for a range of vehicles, including trucks, vans, and even some larger machinery. There was no sign of overheating or loss of current flow when I tested them, which is a good sign that they’re safe for everyday use. As long as you don’t exceed the rating of the fuse (which is clearly labelled), you should have no issues.Pros:High-quality construction: Sturdy plastic and brass materials.Great value for money: Four taps in a pack, making it cost-effective.Wide compatibility: Works with both 12V and 24V systems.Easy to install: Straightforward process for anyone with basic knowledge of car electrics.Secure connection: No issues with voltage drop or overheating during testing.Cons:Fuses not included: While this is standard for fuse taps, it would’ve been nice if they came with a selection of fuses included.Limited to micro 2 and mini fuses: If your vehicle uses a different size fuse (e.g., Standard ATO/ATC), you’ll need to look elsewhere.ConclusionOverall, I’m impressed with the Gebildet Add-a-Circuit Micro 2 Fuse Taps. They’re a cheap, effective solution for adding extra circuits in vehicles with a 12V or 24V electrical system. The build quality is solid, and installation is quick and easy, even for those with limited experience in auto electrics. If you’re looking to power additional accessories or need to tap into your car’s fuse box for any reason, these fuse taps are a worthwhile investment.

Did the job
I was fitting a dash cam to my car and wanted it to be able to record while parked so I needed a fuse tap, this one works perfectly and seems like decent quality, really can't complain since you get almost everything you need. I don't expect a kit to come with wire crimpers, but it would be useful to show them in an image (with the obligatory 'not included' text) to let people know they'll need some... you could always get away with pliers I suppose.Overall, good product at a good price. Recommended.
