Creative - Sound Blaster Audigy FX V2 Sound Card

I've been a Sound Blaster loyalist for many moons and PCs / Workstations and sure wish this guy would fit into my brand new unit. It slots in just fine but is a good 1/2 inch too short to reach the back of the PC and to lock into the cage. I also bought the SBX Pro Studio for almost double the price to have a second choice that also turned out way to short but that one also interfered with a cable tie down toward the back. Unfortunately both are going back with much dismay. It's looking like I'll be checking out external, USB 3 options, again with much dismay.I contacted Creative corporate website and had an absolutely great chat with a customer service/technical representative. I sent them this same image and was told that all of their internal cards were of the same reach to the back of the computer. So, be aware that at least higher end towers are going to be an issue with Dell.I'll be going with the external USB3, X4 option, per the tech's advice.Creative Labs customer service chat was incredible and so informative with sharing information back and forth.I'm impressed! 4 Stars not for the product but because they found a solution.
