This definitely helps me sleep, and it worked starting the first time I took it. Since it's NS, the quality is impeccable, and the ingredients are clean.

My wife and I both were excited to try this sleep supplement but, my wife and I were both awake at 2:00 A.m. wondering if it was working. LOL Seriously, that's funny and all but, we didn't really know. As we usually take other supplements, medication, or melatonin for sleep. Therefore, we were giving it a chance, to work independently. To make a long story short, we were both very tired the next day. Maybe it takes a long time to work or were we exhausted, from the lack of sleep.Before writing my review, I wanted to check out other reviews to see if it was something we did wrong. It seems as if, the reviews are just too mixed. Anyway, we tried it a few more days in combination of our normal night time options and slept well. Unfortunately, we both agree that it didn't seem to have much of an effect on us. However, if you normally take nothing, this might work for you. C+ rating for now. This product works great. Best, when you take it every other night so as to not work up a tolerance. I pair this with Valerian root and it provides longer, better sleep. Love the third party testing, really hope they don't fall asleep on that.

I like to take this product before bed as it combines apigenin with passion flower and lemon balm, 3 ingredients that should improve sleep quality. 3rd party tested as always with natural stacks.

I have been using Natural Stacks products for some time now and they never disappoint. This one is great for preparing for sleep. It does not help with staying a sleep but with good sleep hygiene it help a bunch. My only complaint the capsule are large and you have to take three. But it does work.

This is my new favorite supplement for quality sleep!
