I wish I could give "0" stars. The item I received is different then what's pictured. It did not work on my 500e embroidery machine. I contacted the seller, no response. I tracked out to Amazon to let them know. I was informed that since the item was shipped by Amazon that I should have contacted them. So confusing. At this point it's outside the 30 days, so I eat the money that I paid. #iamnothappy

I bought this for my Janome 9700 model very easy to use. Functionality , build quality are very good. Great value for money

This hoop works perfectly with my Elna embroidery machine. I had never machine embroidered a ball cap but it turned out to be easy with this insert.

Keeps cap nice and secure. Fits hoop perfectly. Now to perfect the embroidery part!

This fits the Janome 550e hoop perfectly!

It kind of worked. It was too high for the machine, so it would get caught up in the middle and then not line up. I have a Janome memory craft 500

Product arrived on time and in good condition, and is as described … I have used it once so far, and I’m happy with how it works … I’m still mastering placement etc … I will be trying another cap to hone my skills … but I know this item will be very useful
