Tech Armor 3D Curved HD Clear Ballistic Tempered Glass Screen Protector Designed for Samsung Galaxy S9 (2018) 1 Pack

I just got my tempered ballistic glass today. I read the instructions, watched the recommended tutorial video, got everything ready and applied the glass. It was very easy! I practiced a couple of times just placing it on the phone before I actually removed the adhesive so I would get the feel of how to do it. Then I took the adhesive off and I applied it to my phone and it looks great!! So far so good! I changed the touch sensitivity on my phone (even though there really didn't seem to be a difference) and everything works great! No bubbles and fits great with my case! I will post again after a week or so to follow up on how it is doing but so far I love it! Much better than spending $50 at best buy! To be honest, I rarely write reviews even though I should but I really felt I had to write one about this product since this is the third time I've ordered a less expensive tempered glass and the first two companies tempered glass were awful and felt like cheap materials. This seems like a great product, professional grade, and a great cost! This is NOT a fake review!

Used other ballistic glass and I found this is the best so far. It protected my screen from a fall that was about 10 feet. Only the protector cracked. I've had problems with other screen protectors installing them, but, this was the easiest one I've installed. I highly recommend this product. I want to thank my coworker who suggested this since I had issues with more expensive ones.

Update - this started cracking up at the edges about a month ago. Barely three months and not usable anymore, despite never being dropped... Downgraded to one star. ------------- The good - great feel, just like OEM glass. Didn't see any bubbles. I am quite hopeful it would protect the phone screen if I accidentally dropped the phone. Bad - had to turn up the screen sensitivity otherwise many times the phone would not respond to touch. Falls short on the left and right edges, so the pixels on the edges are obscured, which was acceptable to me. Also black pained strips on the top and bottom can hide the led display if not applied carefully, would be better if it was completely transparent. Ugly - glue is not applied over the whole screen, consequently the edges gather a lot of lint within a few days of use.

Pretty good protector. It the best so far. It curves at the edges and is thin. The only down fall is, it gets dust in the edges. It doesn't stick at the right and left edges. Let me tell you though, it's better than no protection. Doesn't bother me to much. The touch screen is great. Just make sure u change your settings to sensitive touch.

Pros: Sturdy, overall well fitting, relatively easy to install for a screen protector. Touchscreen works great with the increased touch sensitivity setting on the phone turned on. Very clear with good definition in the screen picture. Cons: The curved sections for the side of the screen don't fit exactly so over time those areas have collected dust particles, water can also easily get under those areas. Slightly larger than the screen opening on my phone case but I was able to make it work as the edges of the case are rubberized material. I did have one of these pop off my phone whole after dropping my phone on carpet. Had it happened on a harder surface I'm sure my screen would've been damaged since the adhesive failed.

I have always purchased the $50 brand in the past and have had numerous claims to have it replaced, paying for shipping along the way. So, this time I decided to do some research for other options. After extensive research, I decided to try the Tech Armor Ballistic Glass screen. I couldn't be happier so far with my choice. Installation was super easy. The prep kit included a wet cloth to clean then sticky tape to get any lint. The prep worked perfectly with no lint or smudges on my screen at all. It was easy to line up the screen properly. While I have thankfully not had the occasion to test the drop protection, I love the clarity of the screen. The oleophobic coating is fantastic at eliminating smudges and resisting fingerprints! Even after using lotion, smudges come off with a quick wipe. I've read negative feedback that you can detect a microdot matrix on the glass. I've only seen this when the screen is off and in bright light but certainly not in any way that would detract from the hd clarity. I am definitely in love with this screen protector and have already ordered another screen protector for my husband.

This item was easy to install, and the finished product looked great. After only a couple days the adhesive started coming up on the phone. After it started coming up it would not stay put. After another week the screen cracked across the middle. I'm not rough with my phones, if anything over protective of them (I am not trying to spend more $$ than I have to replace a phone). Not too pleased with the product.

Pros: Easy to apply. Fits perfectly. (the black strips on the head and food would fit PRECISELY, no wiggle room at all, so remember to regard them as anchor marks, otherwise you would have your screen covered.) Feels good to touch. Smooth and sensitive, not interfering with my controls. Easy to wipe clean. Transparent view. Cons: Since it is a protector with curvature, it is cursed to have some 'imperfections'. Such as rainbow strips on the screen since there is doomed to be tiny gaps between the protector and screen. And since there is gap, as time goes, there would be dirts finding their way to migrate underder the protector. But like i said, this is the common problem with nearly all the protectors of this kind, so i still gave five stars for this product.

Had Tech Armor before but very disappointed with this one. Fitted as per instructions, phone dropped out of pocket from about 400mm cover popped of phone and cracked. Did receive refund though.

The instructions that came in the pack were very clear and there is also a video on their website that they recommended to watch to help with the application. I applied the protector with the phone case already on as I was worried that it would cause the protector to peel off if I put on the case after. The cut is perfect so that it doesnt push on the case. No bubbles or marks after applying it. Looks very professional. I found that the screen sensitivity decreased considerably after putting on the protector - this was rectified by increasing touch sensitivity from the settings on the phone but it took a bit of research to find that out. Would be good if the manual mentioned that so that there is less concern. Overall very impressed.

So far so good. I purchased a similar looking protector from terrapin, which was dreadful and fell off after a few days. Was worried that same issues would happen with only edge adhesion but seems great. Clear display, fits great and has great functionality with the adjustment in settings. We shall see how it goes long term?😁

Very very. Bad You can't hit space and it's super late responding to a touch. Also u can't slide the screen from above unless you try 7 times with both hands. So sad
