I have many sharp knives but this Cleaver is the sharpest cutting tool ever. It let me slice hair thin onions and other veggies. I used it to slice a hoagie roll that was very soft. A serrated knife made the roll go back and forth in my hand without cutting it but this cleaver sliced through it without twisting the bun. It was scary sharp. I should have bought one of these a long time ago.
