Had this a couple of months now..it’s great. Quick to setup..super quick to boot. Looks great really small & neat. Like the 3 settings for control. Really quiet. Fantastic value for money. Yay 🥳

Ordered to replace a tower that was coming to the end of its useful life and the need to upgrade to Windows 11. I've not considered using a mini-PC before now and, I've always used Intel so making the switch to a mini PC AND to AMD was a leap of faith. Overall, the device has been stable, it was very easy to set up and helpfully provided guidance to recommend NOT to connect to a LAN until started up to avoid delays to getting started by system upgrades. The device is quiet, unobtrusive and has sufficient ports to connect to the usual devices. I purchased it with SOULION R30 Computer Speakers which compliments it nicely. WiFi is stable, and easy to connect. The 32GB memory increases the speed considerably over my previous 16GB. The LED lights are ok - the software provided by the website does not appear to work so I cannot change the lighting pattern but, to be honest, I am not at all bothered by it. The three modes, I have not really had a need to use, I only play casual games and not ultramodern ones at that so I doubt the Performance Mode will be used. The Auto Mode has been sufficient so far for my web/Office usage. All in all, I am glad I took the leap and bought this. If you are in need of a stable, fast, and (so far) reliable computer I would recommend this. UPDATE I contacted the seller about the RGB software and they responded very quickly withe solution. Could not be happier with their response.

Bought one but had storage problems sent it back but did like it so bought another one Blazingly fast and no problems whatsoever

I ordered this months ago but due to being unable to find an adaptor to connect it to my screen and a fear of setting up a new computer, it sat unused for months. Finally, having purchased a new screen, I bravely switched it on and then accidentally switched it off during set-up. This little machine just carried on regardless and got me up and running. For the first time in decades plugging in a computer resulted in no pain, no frustration and no loss of many hours of my life. Thrilled with it. And I love the pretty coloured light display from this tiny, but powerful computer. Gone are the days when I would switch my computer on, make a cup of tea and then hope it had opened up. This one gets down to business straight away.

Doesn’t work

It was perfect, loved how small it was but still performed really well! HOWEVER, it suddenly just stopped turning on one day, I thought it was the power cable so I ordered a new cable to no success. The PC still won’t turn on with the new power cable. If you’re going to buy this, best to get the extra warranty as it seems this is a common issue with many customers.

Takes up a small space on desk but capable of doing most of the things you will need. For expanding the capacity even further, GPU expansion can be used from M2 slot. After almost a year the SSD failed which was a shame but I am not sure if I was unlucky or if this is common
