I am writing here my review after using this device for more than 2 weeks. I purchase this device with £299.99. easy to setup and use. Till now, everything is good and i haven't encountered any problem with this device. I am thoroughly impressed by its performance, efficiency, and versatility and its amazing price. This compact device has quickly become an indispensable part of my daily computing routine. WIFI, Bluetooth, USB ports, and monitor port are working properly. Booting up is quick and take only seconds. The Rom is 512 SSD you can expand it with the RAM as well if you want. Moreover, i was able to play heavy gaming on it, and now i am advising everyone to purchase this device without hesitation. There is customer support which reply quickly in case if you encountered any problem and they are very helpful.

Had this several months now and its worked flawlessly. great speeds and capacity good connectivity very fast on windows 11 . use office teams zoom etc. Streams in good quality . I don't use games so cant comment on that . Great value. Prompt delivery. Nice book. easy contact customer support (although I haven't needed it)

Ordered my mini pc at 2am last Saturday, it was delivered by 6pm same day. Amazing!! It is a fraction of the size (and cost) of the large gaming PC I already had but works way better. I have given it a decent workout and it runs silently and I have not even needed to run it in it's fastest setting as yet. Set up is a breeze, seriously it is a doddle!. It has more than enough oomph to handle multitasking without breaking a sweat. The Bluetooth and Wifi are incredibly stable and strong. If you need more memory or storage, the magnetic side gives you instant access to the ports and swapping them out could not be easier either. You might have detected that I am pleased with my purchase well the guys at are mega responsive too! The RGB light controller app on their site did not work for me so I sent them an email at 9pm last night, at 8.17am this morning they sent me the link to the software and you'll probably know where this is going...... in a few click I had control over the lightshow this little beauty adds to the party. Genuinely delighted with this purchase and the dedicated support Guru's in the background.

I bought this to replace a powerful gaming PC which was using 200W in power consumption, which I wasnt really using for gaming. This is more than enough power for a WFH PC and power consumption ranges from 10 - 25W according to the manual (and I can see a dramatic drop in power consumption). Its compact and easy to upgrade with memory and M2 SSD. The only slight niggle is that sometimes the video seems to stop when it goes into hibernate mode and I cant seem to get it to wake without a hard power cycle. Will see if it becomes a problem. Also the support are on WhatsApp and responsive so I find that much easier than waiting on the end of a "help" line. Overall for the price I would recommend as a compact but performant mid-range PC.

Although product worked well for first few months it has now completely stopped switching on. Contacted supplier but they are unable to assist as it was purchased through Amazon. No support available through Amazon. Only received mini PC in June 25 so it has only lasted 6 months with moderate use.

Brought this for my son who is Fortnite and YouTube crazy. Apparently pc gaming is a different level. Anyway this has been a brilliant investment and the gameplay quality is fast and no issues at all. It’s so small of a unit that it’s actually basically portable and you can take it anywhere with you. You so t get s better gaming of for the price. Plus it lights up and glows which gives it a little extra coolness

The mini PC is excellent. It is so small and yet powerful, and very easy to upgrade components. It also looks good. My son uses the PC for gaming and finds it perfect for his needs.

Good mini PC for the price. It is good for what it is and runs applications very well. It set up easily and quickly, so no issues there. It has a very small footprint and is very quiet. It has generous ports and being capable of connecting 3 monitors is admirable, one even being a DP port. It is pretty fast for such a small PC, not the fastest, but very good for its specs. Two issues that keep this from being a 5-star review; Updates went smoothly (although when first starting the PC the updates had to be via WiFi and not the network port, per their instructions… reason unknown/not given). When doing the next system update, this particular PC would not install the update at all, even downloading the update and doing a manual update did not fix the issue. This still has not been resolved. All of the other 5 computers that are on the network updated without issue. The second issue was with networking with my other computers on the network. Using the setup user account, the miniPC would not connect to other computers on the network nor could it be seen by any of the other computers. After researching this, a second account was created and that allowed all other computers to see and connect to it. It also connected with all the other computers on the network properly. The reason for not being able to connect using the original user account is unknown still. Aside from these two issues, it appears to be a good reliable PC and I hope it is durable as well. Its benefits of having so many ports are what provided the decision to purchase. I decided to add a larger SSD and found a couple of issues. Doing a clone or migration of a new SSD and installing it in the HD0 slot did not work for me. I had to use the clone SSD in the HD1 slot before it would work. After trying different configurations, using different M.2 SSDs, I found that installing ANY SSD other than the original SSD would not work in the HD0 position. So I can only conclude that the original SSD in the HD0 slot is the only SSD that will work in the HD0 slot. I looked in the UEFI for a way to switch the boot sequence from HD0 to HD1, but that proved fruitless. Only Windows Boot Manager allowed me to switch the boot from HD0 to HD1, however, I still could not use a different M.2 SSD in the HD0 slot. Conclusion: If I ever need to change the HD0 SSD to a new drive (ie. the original SSD goes bad), I will not be able to do that. The HD0 slot will then be useless. Update: I decided to return this particular unit, which was accepted without question. I did, however, purchase another unit of the same kind (that's how much I really like this miniPC). The setup went pretty smoothly, yet when doing the Windows Updates this unit again hesitated failed the first time, yet completed OK the second attempt. I am a bit concerned about the next Windows System Update, whether or not it will actually complete without issues. Other than that, I have not had any issues with the new miniPC. I did NOT try to install the second SSD as the boot drive, but DID install it as a "storage" drive and redirected all of the Windows Library folders to go to the new drive. This is working out great. As for the next Windows System update (24H2), I'll have to see if it has a problem or not and will update this review as soon as it either completes or fails (probably next month). All other updates (ie. driver, .NET, Windows Defender, etc) completed without issue. One note in the "Product Information" for this miniPC, the specs state that this unit has 2 Thunderbolt connections, which it does NOT have. It has a USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 port, but that is not the same as a Thunderbolt. Thunderbolt ports have a lightening bolt next to the port. There are, however, 4 USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports and 2 USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 ports available. All in all, I like the miniPC, but will see how Windows System updates go in the future. I am still rating it a 4 at this time. Update after latest Windows System update KB5060829: The miniPC updated perfectly on its own, no interference needed. Therefore, I am giving this computer a 4.9 rating (it will show as a 5.0, but it did have its initial issues that required a return of the first miniPC). I do really like it and the second/replacement miniPC has been very stable and consistent in operation.

Ero alla ricerca di un minipc da usare come media center e soprattutto che mi consentisse l'uso di zwift e all'occorrenza potessi usarlo per qualche lavoro d'ufficio alla bisogna. Avevo provato altre soluzioni ma mai nessuna soddisfacente: i pc classici troppo ingombranti e rumorosi. Mi sono messo a cercare soluzioni che potessero adattarsi ed alla fine ho trovato questo minipc. Il costo è ottimo e le caratteristiche indicate sembravano eccellenti. Fatto l'ordine la spedizione è avvenuta nella giornata stessa dell'acquisto. Fatto l'acquisto mi è venuto un dubbio sulla licenza di windows ed ho scritto al venditore che mi ha risposto immediatamente togliendomi il dubbio: veramente ottimo. La spedizione è stata molto veloce e dopo 3 giorni il pacco è arrivato ben imballato. Mi sono stupito della compattezza dell'oggetto: è veramente piccolo (sta in una mano) e quindi si può nascondere un po' ovunque. Se non si deve spostare continuamente è presente nella confezione la piastra+viti per appenderlo dietro allo schermo. Nella confezione ci sono anche l'alimentatore ed un cavo hdmi. C'è anche il manuale di istruzioni ma è ridotto all'osso con le informazioni minime. Era titubante ma mi sono dovuto ricredere: è silenziosissimo ma soprattutto è molto molto reattivo: windows11 si accende in un attimo e la risposta nella applicazioni è immediata. Ovviamente la prova reale è durante l'utilizzo: per prima cosa ho installato zwift perchè sarà l'uso principale ma anche kodi per usarlo come piccolo mediacenter: in entrambi i casi la risposta è eccezionale e molto fluida. Siccome alla fine è veramente comodo da spostarlo da una scrivania all'altra ho anche installato libreoffice per usarlo come un piccolo pc di lavoro (emai, foglio di calcolo e video scrittura) ma visto come sta rispondendo penso si potrebbe usarlo anche per lavori più pesanti. Proverò sicuramente anche con qualche gioco per verificare la risposta ma le premesse sono ottime. Con zwift ho verificato che il bluetooth si collegasse ai miei rulli smart ed alla fascia cardio ed in un primo giro di un ora non mi ha dato problemi: non si è neanche scaldato troppo, non ha fatto una piega. Aggiungo qualche foto e un piccolo video fatti al volo per far capire quanto si avvia velocemente e quanto sia compatto. Io lo userò con un solo monitor ma l'ho provato con l'altra porta DP su un vecchio monitor (con l'adattatore vga) e non ho avuto problemi con windows con il doppio schermo. Lo consiglio vivamente se qualcuno ha bisogno di un oggetto piccolo e silenzioso ma molto molto potente per uso ufficio ma anche "ludico" come faccio io.
