I’ve been using the Lions Mane Mushroom Extract Supplement for a while now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best on the market.This product really helps me, I think better, I sleep better, I don't have the morning tiredness any more, i find im more productive at work, there easy to swallow and I think great value for money

This is not the only supplement that I take but I've found it really helpful for focus and getting rid of the brain fog

I've had absolutely no ill effects from using these supplements. As I didn't have a base level measurement of my cognitive clarity, it's very difficult to know if things have improved. I can though say with confidence that I've had on negative side effects from using them.

I started taking mushrooms 3 months ago and I see the result. Less neurosis over little things.

I keep loosing focus and memory as I get older. I know I'm not the only one but I also know I'm quite young to be loosing memory so soon. I did some research to see what was out there and how it could help me. I started a project some time ago but I'm no where near where I had planned to nè with it, by this time. This is where Lions mane comes in. I decided to try it and see if there'll be any changes. It's only been a month but I seem to be more focused and target driven. I'll keep taking this supplement to see how much better I get over time. Futuro labs is always my go-to for great supplements.

I bought 2 fish oil supplements, which were fine but, the 2 Lions mane bottles were covered in dust and the cellophane wrap on both lids was missing . How the hell did the person doing the packaging miss this and sent them out for delivery ?

I work in admin and payroll so spend most of my day focusing on spreadsheets and have to remember a lot of info. I hoped this would help me feel less fuzzy and focus better and I would say it has worked. Not sure if this would apply to everyone but I would say it’s worth a try

Mostly useless product for the following reasons:1: No mention of the beta glucans level (this is the beneficial compound of the mushroom that gives you all the benefits). Levels need to be at 25-40 percent to give you the potency and for them to be useful to you.2: No independent third party lab test certificate shown on either here or on Futuro Labs website, while on the subject of their website, the only thing shown on their website is the story of how the brand started up, and the names of the people. A lab test claim is meaningless without the certificate shown on the items webpage. A lot of these products use their own in house lab testing which can easily be manipulated. Also the independent third party lab certificate should also show additional certificates to show that the Lion's Mane powder is free from pesticides and heavy metals!3: Look for a product that tells you the extraction method and the extraction ratio. The best is 1:1 ratio. Don't be fooled by larger numbers thinking this gives you a better product as it doesn't.4: Look at the label of ingredients on this product and you will see rice flour. This is used to bulk the product up, and in the process means you are getting less of the Lion's Mane powder, thus diminishing the levels (whatever the levels might be as there are not mentioned) of the beta glucans.5: A high quality Lion's Mane product should have only "Lion's Mane extract" and nothing else on the ingredients list.Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere, as any that do not mention, what I have mentioned above will most likely be useless.
