Being new at this hobby, I did not realize that the female was much larger and healthier than the male. They were described as a mating pair. But the female was so aggressive that she ripped off the males right arm. From that point on, he was afraid of her. The end result is that we found him in a cave mutilated and dead. A breeding pair should be matched by size and they did not do that. They will not sell me another blue male the same size as the female so I'm stuck sourcing another male form a different vendor.

In the picture they where big when they came they must have shrunk during shipping because they really small

Absolutely a perfect addition to my aquarium. I would spend so much $ on little shrimp that would not live long. Getting these crawfish are so much better and they have so much character

As far as I Know breading pair are ready for breading. But I was shock to see they are so tiny almost a size of a needle a big difference on the picture it is being offered. Wow the price is terrible. I cannot return them since I do not know to pack . So what I can do is discourage to deal with this seller.

Holy cow. These little creatures rock. Wooooooo. Packaged so nicely and showed up at my door step when it was single digit temperature outside, good thing they were bundled up very well :) more then I could ask for. Love these little guys

Both crawfish arrived and after a time floating in the bags. They are exploring their new home. The female is harder to find; so the picture is the male.
