will these fit 14 inch ford bronco rims?

95% sure they will fit, Ford doesn't change much with wheels. I purchased for 90 ranger with 14" wheels, fit good, look good.

Do you have to take the wheel off to install them

No, they attach with three screws and they go over the lug nuts. No need to remove the wheel. Just align the three mounting screws and tighten them down.

Where do I get the plastic clip the screws screw into?

The inserts should be in your rim, if not talk to a local tire dealer such as Goodyear etc. And they can point you in the right direction. Hope this helps.
