Led Red Light Therapy Device for Body and Face, with 660nm and Near-Infrared 850nm LED Light Combo for Anti-Aging and for Pain Relief of Muscles and Joints

This is the panel to buy if you are debating the options. Maybe the most important feature for me, and not one offered on all the panels, is that you can turn NIR off and on (by degrees) if you want to use this on your face and are concerned about your eyes. It has everything you need in a panel: (a) you can control the different types of lights separately, (b) it has a timer, (c) it's extremely strong and well made, (d) the stand works and is solid, (e) the controls are intuitive, (f) it comes with eye protection, (g) the power adapter has a long cord, and is also solidly made. I checked out potential models on the reddit forum for red light therapy. This brand was not mentioned. I will be making a reddit post recommending it to UK buyers, and that they purchase from amazon with the incredibly fast delivery and no questions return policy if needed. I do not make recommendations for kit like this lightly or hastily. I've given it a good work out and I researched all the options carefully (yes, I am that person with a spreadsheet before I buy). Final plus, the price is good. I use red light therapy for pain from AI diseases, and to try and improve my eye health. I feel a lot better when I use it, and when I forget for a week or two, my aches return. I've given this thing a really decent three month trial before writing this review because I am aware some of these more cheaply made panels give up the ghost easily - I'd be surprised if this one did. 100% recommend.

This is a first impression. I received it one day before expected. I had read the reviews, and this one seemed to be the best option for me. It ticked all the boxes I would consider ideal: It's white. It's made of sturdy metal, with a solid, stable base that allows to choose different angles. The wavelength intensity can be adjusted separately for both red and NIR. This is my first day, so I can't comment on the alleged benefits. I sat in front of it for a while, and it felt good. I'm well chuffed on the first day, now to see how well red light therapy works.

It's a decent lamp, very sturdy for sure but my only reservation is that it’s a pretty heavy lump to position for different parts of your body and the stand is also very stiff. Too early to say for sure it’s doing what it’s meant to do but compared to very similar looking lamps I’ve seen at 4-5 times the price I think it’s a pretty good buy.

Powerful to frequency red light panel. But a nice touch is that the strength of the light can be adjusted. The longer wavelength 800 nm is not visible but is visible with the camera on one’s phone. I continue to be amazed at the efficacy of long wavelength, light and photo by modulation on numerous aspects for Health and most impressed on the accelerated wound healing of a full thickness laceration that occurred healing within three days completely. This small unit is affordable able to give good amount of coverage and will be helping Healing ulcers leg on my grandmother.

I tried to use it on my face at 12" as suggested in the manual with the googles they provide but it really strains my eyes. The googles keep out very little light & so staring into a really bright red light for 12/20 minutes was not at all relaxing and left me with a headache afterwards. I will be returning it.

Unable to comment of effectiveness yet as I haven’t used it enough. However, sharing a word of caution - the English instructions advise using from a 12” (30cm) distance, while German, Spanish etc translations advise on 3 metres (300cm)! This is quite a large difference and will be damaging to the retina regardless of protection gear worn.

I enjoyed using the red light therapy panel and felt a difference after using it. I actually over used it in the beginning which make me feel funny which I think proves it works. Unfortunately they power cable inlet broke after 4 months. I contacted the manufacturer because it has a 2 year warranty and they reached out and very quicky sent a brand new replacement after providing proof of the issue. Very satisfied with the product and with the customer service

I am a big fan of red light and near-infrared light therapy. They are one of the biggest breakthrough discoveries in health in the last half century. It can help in so many ways: by increasing your energy, combating aging and making your skin healthier, speeding up fat loss, improving muscle recovery and athletic performance, improving mood and cognitive function, speeding up healing from an injury, and improving metabolism and normal health. Just do some research and then come back to purchase this amazing device. This LED Red Light Therapy Device for Body and Face is amazing! It is a solid metal frame, metal arm and base and therefore fairly heavy. It is powered by an 8 ft wall cord which has a toggle switch that you’ll use to turn it on and off with. A solid black eye mask is included and must be worn anytime you look at the light. This is important so you don’t cause damage to your eyes, so definitely wear them. On the right side of the device is a control panel that you’ll use to display the brightness or minutes of time use. You’ll have 5 different levels of brightness to choose from and 12 different time settings. The company recommends that you use less time, more distance and less brightness at the beginning and gradually adjust these settings. The instruction booklet will provide you with information about what settings are recommended for the therapy you’re looking for help with. My initial goal and why I ordered this particular device was aimed at helping my sleep and my mood. My personal experience having used the device over the past two weeks has been very positive. Using it at the suggested settings for this therapy type once a day has already given me proof that it is working. I am sleeping much better and my mood is all around better, although I’m aware my mood may be improving due to the improved sleep. While continuing the therapy aimed at sleep and relaxation, I plan to move on to the anti-aging therapy benefits next. I am a true believer in red light and infrared therapy and highly recommend this product, but I do suggest that you do you own research before purchasing. I am loving it!

This is a very high quality machine. What I didn't see mentioned in the description or print , and is very much worth noting is the case construction. This is a solid sheet metal frame, and not cheap plastic like the picture of the competing product they do a side by side photo comparison to. The rectangular frame that houses the lights is solid sheet metal. The hinged arm, and base are also solid sheet metal in construction. The box that the unit came in showed a shipping weight of 10.1 pounds, which includes the power block. The power block had a toggle switch to turn power on to the power block. Operation is very simple as the instructions call out how to adjust the intensity of the lamps levels. Very important to note. This does come with blacked out safety goggles similar to those used in a tanning bed, which must be worn, but are not pictured. Your eyes can be damaged by looking directly into the lamps, so do read the instruction thoroughly and understand the operation before attempting to operate the machine. Operation is silent, as this has aluminum heat sinks to dissipate the heat. I am using it in an enclosed 6 foot by 4 foot hallway to trap all of the light and use it as my therapy room. I will continue regular use increasing intensity as described in the instructions, and update my progress.

Nice quality and looks luxurious. It’s been in storage 1000’s a miles away and I was able to travel to grab some of my boxes and this happened to be in a box I brought home. It looks so nice and the red light comes on bold and bright. I haven’t been able to use it as of yet but I can review what I think of it firsthand. Easy push buttons and easy read led screen . You can adjust the light brightness and you can also set a timer so you don’t over use. Overall it’s so nice and will definitely make a great Christmas gift if I don’t decide to keep it. It does a a bit of heavy duty weight and nice in size

This red therapy light is made with commercial grade quality and workmanship a lot like I image a specialty spa would have. The all steel body and stand are heavy in weight with a sturdy heavy duty presence. It stands well on it's own and seems very stable when doing so. The lights are truly bright and work very well at heat production by radiating it right when they are illuminated. The side mount control board is easy to use and let's me control the two wavelengths individually which I think is awesome. They can all be turned on or turned on separately and the brightness aka intensity is also controllable for both wavelengths from the panel. It is intensely bright and the exceptional warmth at full intensity levels made me hooked. This red therapy light is far and away better than red light therapy belts or wraps.
