Stuffing Mix, Chicken, 12 Ounce Box

Can't go wrong with this brand. I always add extra seasonings to it because my family loves seasonings. I make this on the stove and bake it with a bit of grated cheese (real cheese, not that bagged crap) sorry, but true. I bake it with no foil in it and it's soo soo tasty. Will buy again. Expiration date is way ahead in time too.

I love this stuffing. Dry, it can be sprinkled over a salad. Cooked with some diced chicken thrown in and chicken gravy to be ladled over the chicken and stuffing, it is a delicious main course. I like mixing with a little bit of cooked rice and stuffed into a sweet pepper half or into a tomato which has been scooped out. I even like it eaten like a snack food, nibbling away at the stuffing dry from the box. Use it in place of bread crumbs in meatloaf and the simple meatloaf becomes a lot better. It lasts a good time in food storage if kept cool and dry but not refrigerated. It is a lovely topping for a vegetable or main course casserole. It is only my opinion but I think this is a lot better than what I used to make BST (Before Stove Top). I keep several twin packs in my food storage and hope that Kraft keeps making it. Easy to make, easy to store, easy to turn into a lovely casserole dish. Love it.
