I've reordered these Nature's Eats shelled walnuts several times. They're very tasty. I vacuum seal them in a glass jar to keep them fresh. If you feel it's too tedious to reseal the jar after each use, you could put half in a Zip-lock bag and keep those in the fridge for daily use (I mainly add these to my oatmeal), or just keep the whole bag in the fridge. In fact, pretty much all nuts and seeds last a lot longer in the fridge, or vacuum sealed.
