WOW. It's actually comfortable to wear (extremely flexible). Provides just the right amount of chill. I'm using it as a runner so not actually injured but it's great.

To start: I've had 3 previous foot surgeries, so my feet are almost always in pain if I'm on them for long enough (especially my left ankle). I bought 2, 1 to keep in the freezer and one to keep out for hot treatments, and I could not be happier with the results for immediate pain relief. My only complaint is they don't stay at temp for long once on, I'm guessing maybe 20 minutes, 30 max. Thats still great, don't get me wrong, just wish it was a little bit longer. It's not super heavy either, even when frozen.
