I like firm pillows, I like sleeping with my head up, an this pillow gives me what I need.

I’ve tried the memory foam cervical pillows that come with the center part of the pillow extended for cervical support.However I’ve found that to be uncomfortable unless you are positioned exactly where the extension of the pillow is and so if you’re a side sleeper turning around in your sleep, that one part of the pillow doesn’t help and won’t support your neck.I got this for my husband as he was complaining the other memory foam pillow seemed too firm and after trying this one which has memory foam pieces in it, you can adjust the fullness of the pillow and maneuver it around.The thickness of it is alright. I think I’ll add more torn pieces of memory foam to it to add more fullness to it just to make it a tad more comfortable.In all, it’s a great pillow and my husband says he sleeps like a baby with it.It’s a standard sized pillow, has an outer pillow case so you can just easily wash it.

I love this pillow. It expanded about 5 minutes after removing it from the packaging. It keeps its form but is still very comfortable

I have been on the hunt for a great pillow and this one is in the top 10! I am not sure that I would say it is adjustable--you're just removing foam. It is smaller size which is convenient for the frequency I travel (it is bigger than a travel pillow).

The pillow is soft, but not as firm as advertised, as it was a factor driving me to make the purchase in the first place but when I opened the box and pulled out the 2 pillows I ordered, I was left surprised by the sheer size of the pillow as it was smaller than advertised, I’ll probably end up using them on something or give them away but neither will be my go to pillow to sleep on
