Liquid IV really works. It provides fast hydration with great flavors that taste really good. My son and I love them. It’s a unique formula packs with electrolytes and essential nutrients help replenish our bodies faster than any other electrolytes. It’s easy on your stomach and dissolves easily into a bottle of water.

These seem to work better after a workout. A lot less muscle fatigue. Tastes good and he can just dump it into his water bottle, add water and he is good to go.

Absolutely love this flavor combo pack! It’s my go-to every time I order! Love having these on days I work out and need instant hydration. All four flavors are yummy but strawberry is my fav. Dissolves easily in my water and helps me feel good 👍🏼

I was having trouble keeping anything down, and learned that it was gallbladder. In the months prior, I was trying to stay hydrated, and a friend recommended this product. I absolutely love it. All of the flavors are delicious and the extra electrolytes helped keep me hydrated. FYI, it’s also good for a hangover. Lol.

Great flavor, great hydration. Way better than other brands It's a little pricey and I would buy more often if the price would drop or they increased the volume to 24-32 packs for a complete months worth. Stay away from the DripDrop brand. I couldn't even drink the stuff, terrible taste, great price but not even close to LiguidIV.

Good value and had great flavors

Liquid I V works exactly as advertised. It provides fast hydration and the variety pack includes several great flavors. I use it when I need a boost or after being out in the heat and it makes a noticeable difference in how I feel. Very pleased with this product.
