Knowing what to do with dead batteries see u tube
Had trouble with the charger, until I watched a u tube video, with these batteries if there dead the batteries won’t charge. If you jump start the battery it work just fine.

Needs to have some type of users manual. Like a troubleshooting guide
This is a great charger and it willCharge at upto 4 Amps so it willCharge a 2 Ah battery @About 30Minutes. The only reason I rated at 4 stars was no manual came with it andI noticed on some occasions when I plugged in a battery to charge that sometime if it is a fully charged battery both charge lights should come on to let you know the battery is already fully charged but a few times I noticed no light would come on ?? But if they would supply an owners manual with some information about all the light combinations and what they mean. Or a troubleshooting guide sections as to if you pull in a battery and none of the light come on, what that means and what you need to check or do next. Otherwise someone may send this unit back !
