Love this drink, Because I don't drink water it gives me nausea, so drinking this electrolytes helps me so much, with my dehydration. I drink one time a day and I can see and feel the difference through the day. Very satisfying.

I bought these to rehydrate after my hour long bike rides in the 90 degree heat. They are very tasty and give me that little get up and go I need to pedal my way back home, when I'm sweating to death and feeling tired! They surely do the trick!

Thirst quenching and not too sweet. It’s a little tart. Flavor is great and the turmeric isn’t too strong. It’s a little pricey but I’ll still probably buy it again. Needed my small hand blender to mix in a glass of cold water but a shaker bottle would probably work too.
