JUMBL 24" X 60" Matteress Support Folding Bed Boards

About 2 weeks ago, I had a futon sofa bed delivered to replace the twin size bed that I was sleeping on. After assembling the frame and putting the futon mattress on it, I tried it out. Slept on it for about a week, but after a while, I began to feel a few of the cross rails!Was going to buy another mattress at first, but then I decided to look into getting and trying out a mattress board to see if it would help solve the problem.Then, after looking here on Amazon.com, I found what I thought would be the perfect solution to the problem!! I ordered two of the Matress Support Folding Bed Boards. They came this morning, and I unpacked them, layed them out and put them on the bed's fold-down frame.And what a diffrerence they make!!! The bed now feels almost like a platform bed!! Can't feel the rails through the mattress now!! Great back support as well!!I owe it all to the Mattress Support Folding Bed Boards for making my futon sofa bed feel like a bed and not like I'm sleeping on a bench!!! It's light in weight, folds into a compact size for traveling, but is very durable and it lets you get many a restful night's sleep!! Glad I got them now!!!If you have a full-size bed, then make sure that you order 2 of them. With both under the mattress side by side much cover the whole bed!!!

UPDATE AFTER 1.5 MONTH. Squeaky couch back. Cardboard broke. Will make my own lol. 🤦🏼‍♀️I didn’t read the reviews so when I opened this I laughed hysterically. It’s legit thick cardboard with blue electrical tape that’s not even like precisely applied. I was going insane wiry my fiancé moving lightly and my 9 month old couch creaking like crazy so despite this being way too expensive for what it is, I have my sanity which I’m willing to pay $45 for lol.

I take this every time Ivtravel. I pack it in the bottom of my big check on and always there in case I need it to firm up the mattress in the hotel room. Helps my back.

Bought this to take on vacation and it worked out well enough. I have back problems and have a mattress at home that is firmer in the middle. Hotel mattresses can be really saggy and soft and we were travelling for 2 weeks. I used it in most of the hotels we stayed in. However most of the time I only unfolded it once in the middle to make it firmer. On one especially saggy mattress, I didn't unfold it at all and slid it in and it worked well. It was lightweight which was a plus for travel. It was made out of cardboard as mentioned by other reviewers and I don't know how it would hold up over the long run which is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. But for the 2 weeks I used it on vacation it was a back saver, easy to take with us and definitely worth it.

Smaller than I thought so had to order another one. Our sofa bed is different from a standard one--ours does not have a separate mattress, the fabric covers the whole fold out. If these support could slide between the mattress and frame they might work pretty good. On our bed we can only put them on top, and then we put self inflating camping air mattresses and then pillow top mattress cover, and then it is bearable.......think I'll shop for another sofa bed!!

I bought these for my son's full size bunk bed. His previous futon mattress for that bed has sunk in the middle causing him to feel the rails. I ordered him a new mattress as well, but these came in first. So i put them under the existing mattress, and it made a huge difference. He still needed the replacement mattress, but I believe had i bought these when he originally got the first mattress, it would have lasted must longer.Now it's under his new full size memory foam mattress, and it is absolutely wonderful.. completes the feel of the mattress on a sturdy platform, and the mattress cannot sink into the rails. That alone makes this purchase worth it. I will be buying two more sets soon, one for my younger son's twin bunk bed, and another set for my queen size bed.LOVE THIS PRODUCT!

I agree with those who say that this bed board is a lot less sturdy than a piece of plywood. But it is also a lot lighter and easy to use in travel. For me, those advantages trump the limits.It also depends on context. If your mattress (rather than box spring) is already sagging, putting a hard board underneath it will actually increase the divot. That is because your weight is pushing down into an unyielding surface, and the mattress will take most of it--and sink more accordingly. The fact that this board is softer an more flexible is, in my own situation, actually an advantage. My back confirms that.

This bed board is just a piece of cardboard. This is a joke and a rip off. You can save money by saving old amazon boxes yourself and taping together under your mattress. Pictures are misleading, also thought I was getting two - actual BOARDS. Returned immediately. This should be $10 and I would have not been mad, versus the $40+ they charge.
