2018 Microsoft Surface Go with Intel Pentium Gold 4415Y (10-inch, 8GB RAM, 128GB SSD) Platinum (Renewed)

I have been using this Microsoft surface go for a few months now and I am pretty pleased with it. In my opinion, its condition matched what was expected. There are a couple of marks but nothing too serious. This model was not fitted with a Sim card slot. However, the good news is that it has a full version of Windows 10 Pro and not the limited version that they were originally shipped with. It’s not lightning fast if you have a lot of stuff running, but that’s to be expected with the on board processor. If you have one or two things on the go, it’s very nippy and usable. It only has one USB-c socket, but you do not have to use this to power The unit as the supplied power supply uses Microsoft’s proprietary connector. I bought a cheap USB-c hub which included an HDMI output and I was able to connect to a monitor/TV with no difficulty. There is a micro SD slot on board and if you needed additional storage, you could add a fast rated card. It came bitlocker encryption protected but I have now removed this as as I don’t need it, however, when you boot up Microsoft sticks a great big red banner across the screen with an open padlock, a little annoying and I’ve yet to find a way to get rid of it. Other than that, a great little PC to carry around with you at a really good price.

Bargain price. The condition was "as new" better than the described "very good", there was not a single mark on the tablet. There was a new PSU with it as well. Very well packaged. I now have windows 11 running on it despite the nonsense that Microsoft comes out with. The way to do that is with Ruffus, which you can download from the Microsoft store no less! You will find instructions on ZDnet, if you search with the appropriate terms. It was esy to upgrade it as well, I done this as a new install rather than upgrade. I only done this as a temporary measure to ensure I have all firmware updates as I intend to install Linux MX on it soon. The tablet isn't fast, certainly not with win11 on it, it wasn't speedy with win10 on it. I do expect it to be much faster once I have Linux MX on it.

One of the worst ever laptops I have ever had : 1 Low quality of inputs : Functionality 3 Easy to set up 2 Looks 8 Size 8 Battery life 0.2 I mean in 2 hours of minimu use no running 5 apps just browsing dead .. As well after long hours and talks Amazon refuses to provide a return ,they simplly send the Royal Mail when we they want and you are forced to stay there because this what they say . I made a complaint but like all complaints no answer ,in their case there is now law they follow unless internal policy.I understand as they make their own laws.Seller is not answering as well gone

The tablet is in good condition and the no damage on the outer part. It looks perfect.

Pros: In absolutely perfect condition – not a mark on the screen or case. Can take a Micro SD card. USB C with full capabilities. Battery appears to work fine – not as good as an iPad or Android tablet but likely as good as it was when it was new. Came supplied with Windows 10 Pro so unit had been updated by previous user. Very good screen resolution. Good video/YouTube performance. Headphone socket. The keyboard has backlighting and is really cool – unfortunately not supplied though. Cons: Battery life not up to iPad standards but does charge quickly and doesn't feel that it has deteriorated over time since being new. Although the unit is capable of being charged over USB it does require heavy-duty amperage for this to work. The screen isn't really bright enough for using outside on a bright day. I've always wanted one of these machines but felt that they were always too expensive. This Amazon reconditioned unit came supplied in a generic cardboard box rather than the original retail box but was in perfect condition – not a scratch on the screen. In fact I was so impressed with the unit that I decided to purchase the official Microsoft keyboard (off Ebay because I'm a cheapskate). I have also popped in a 128gb Micro SD card for documents and data. The headphone output is a little underpowered but does sound good with no apparent noise floor. More than capable of driving conventional headphones but struggled with my planar magnetic set. The unit came supplied with Windows 10 Pro installed (why must have been installed at cost by the previous user) which was nice. I have fully updated the Windows with the latest updates but haven't yet decided to move to Windows 11. In conclusion, I have really been impressed by this little tablet device. Although it's not up to running games it's more than capable of running pretty much any serious Windows application (although I suspect it isn't up to hardcore rendering or video editing). Having used this machine for a few days now, the battery life appears to be getting significantly better after having gone through a few charge cycles. I have no hesitation in recommending the reconditioned Microsoft Surface Go 128GB assuming their other machines are as good as mine.

I received the tablet yesterday its a nice tablet the only thing I would say they claimed it to be refurbished excellent but it had marks on it i would say refurbished good not excellent anyway part from that it's okay to use but the battery as issues don't change well.

Battery lasts about 2-3 hours which was expected, Capable of running with reg edit tweaks windows 11, performance is satisfying for the money i paid

Vor einigen Jahren habe ich mir das damals neu erschienene Surface go der ersten Generation gekauft, für mich das perfekte Tablet: genau die richtige Größe mit 10", ein breiter Rand um das Display damit ich beim halten nicht mit meinem dicken Daumen auf den Touchscreen komme und ausreichend schnell für Internet, Videos gucken und mal ein einfaches Spielchen. Kurz nach Ende der Garantie ging die Frontkamera kaputt, die Gesichtserkennung lief aber noch über die Infrarotkamera. Vor kurzem ging dann die interne Festplatte kaputt, MBR beschädigt und nicht reparabel, auch Neuinstallation behob das Problem nicht. Da die HD fest verlötet ist bedeutet das einen wirtschaftlichen Totalschaden. Microsoft möchte für ein Austauschgerät 340 € haben, das ist für ein refurbished Gerät auf diesem technischen Stand viel zu viel Geld. Der Nachfolger Surface go 2 oder 3 fällt auch aus, der Rand ist so schmal das ich mit dem rechten Daumen häufig aus versehen den Browser schließe. Nach ein bisschen suchen bin ich dann auf Amazon refubished gestoßen, da gab es dieses Gerät im Zustand "gut" mit einem Jahr Garantie für 139 €, da kann man nicht viel falsch machen. Bein Zustand "gut" muss man allerdings Abstriche machen, und man darf kein neuwertiges Gerät erwarten. Das Gerät wurde bereits am Tag nach der Bestellung geliefert und war sehr gut und sicher verpackt. Nach dem auspacken kam die Sichtprüfung, rechts neben dem Lautsprecher ist ein kleines Stück vom Gehäuse abgeplatzt, das ist aber nicht so schlimm und beeinträchtigt die Funktion und Stabilität des Gehäuses nicht. Auf der Rückseite waren diverse Kratzer im Gehäuse und auch vorne auf dem Screen befinden sich Kratzer, Diese sind bei ausgeschaltetem Gerät bei schrägem Lichteinfall sichtbar, deshalb der Zustand "gut" Also Gerät einschalten, die Kratzer auf dem Display sind im Betrieb nicht zu sehen, de Helligkeit und Ausleuchtung des Screens sind einwandfrei und das Einrichten des Geräts startet. Der Akku ist zu 60% geladen und nach einer knappen Stunde ist das Gerät bereit. Alle Kameras funktionieren, Somit sind auch Teams-Sitzungen mit Video wieder möglich. Die HD ist laut Crystal Disk zu 95% ok, das ist für das alter ein sehr guter Wert. Alles funktioniert und es ist sogar ein Windows 10 professional installiert. Das Originale Netzteil ist das gute aus der Surface pro Serie, es hat einen zusätzlichen USB Ladeport für ein Handy integriert. Das Gerät kam auch gereinigt bei mir an, also gebraucht aber sauber. Warum 5 Sterne trotz der vielen Kratzer und Blessuren? Weil das Gerät schnell geliefert wurde und tadellos funktioniert, deshalb bin ich sehr zufrieden und gebe 5 Sterne. Mein altes Gerät sieht von außen aus wie neu, ist aber nutzlos weil Frontkamera und HD kaputt sind. Meine Rezension ist länger geworden als ich gedacht habe, Vielen Dank fürs lesen und vielleicht konnte ich ja einigen Leuten helfen.

Nunca había comprado un producto reacondicionado y tenía un poco de miedo, pero estoy muy contenta con esta compra. Se ve usado pero muy bien cuidado. Funciona perfectamente, batería incluida. El precio también ha sido bastante económico.

il prodotto è arrivato anche prima del previsto, è un ottimo prodotto, io l'ho acquistato per installarci debian 13 e va da dio, qualche problema nel fargli riconoscere la webcam ma risolvibile. Con Windows 10 con cui è arrivato, funzionava tutto ed era abbastanza vispo nonostante il processore non recentissimo. Nel complesso, direi +che soddisfatto

Rien a redire, l'article fonctionne bien, il est en très bon état, comme neuf. Le seul "bémol", ne pas pouvoir le passer en Windows 11 sachant qu'il n'y aura plus de mises a jour prochainement de Windows 10.

Compra reacondicionada. Producto perfecto para los que quieren tener un Windows en tablet barata, en mi caso ha llegado como nueva, unicamente algun pliege un poco sucio, que es lo esperado. Se puede usar para ofimatica, navegar, centro multimedia, jugar... sin ningun problema. Yo en mi caso lo he comprado para jugar novelas visuales, juegos antiguos y como centro multimedia, va perfecto. Inlcuye un cargador propietario, pero puede cargar por cable usb-c. El unico punto negativo seria que la luminosidad de la pantalla no es la mejor.
