DO NOT BUY
Amazon didn’t let my original review post so I’m trying again. DO NOT buy this product for the following reasons: 1. I experienced an error trying to sign a transaction (send money) almost immediately. Can you believe Keystone support asked me to upload a video, seriously, a VIDEO!!!, of the QR code presented during the transaction that failed. Are you kidding me??? That’s absolute insanity; ignoring security and privacy which is the ENTIRE POINT OF HW WALLETS, especially air-gapped HW wallets. From this support request I realized their Support resources have NO CLUE as to the functionality of their products/devices. Their support doesn’t even address the basic concepts of the device you want to purchase TO PROTECT YOUR FUNDS. No secure support (they asked me to upload a video of the QR code via telegram and then via email! Email??) It’s hard to even conceptualize their idiocracy!!! Telegram and emails are not secure and possibly the WORST support options available. (And you want to trust the protection of your your funds with this company???b) I asked for secure upload link multiple times and they just ignore my request. Is this company working out of a garage? 2. It’s been almost 3 months and Keystone continues to ignore my support requests. 3. Keystone is willing to refund my money, but still ignores the problem with their defective device 4. No regular battery cover included with Pro 3. We all know rechargeable batteries only last so long. The previous version included a back cover that allowed you to use regular alkaline batteries. This is paramount for the longevity of the device. I mean, what happens when someone dumps a dozen BTC on this device and doesn’t touch it for 10 years? The rechargeable will battery fail and the device will not work. 5. Don’t use Shamir secret keys. Keystone and Trezor HW wallets support Shmir’s Secret Keys. If you use a SSK with Keystone you’re 100% reliant on Trezor (which is a great company) because Keystone and Trezor, at this time, appear to be the only companies that support SSK. 6. This mistake can be permanent if you set your consensus layer fee recipient address to an address whose private keys are protected by this device. Only option is to exit your validators and restart with a new wallet address and I think KEYSTONE SHOULD PAY FOR THIS SINCE THEIR DEVICE IS DEFECTIVE!!! 7. I’m going to seek reparations from Keystone due to these problems and will seek legal counsel considering the their negligence. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. JOIN ME IN A CLAS ACTION LAW SUIT!!!

Great wallet.
I love the fact that I can have 3 separate wallets in one.

Good hardware wallet
This is the newest and best version of the Keystone. Works great. Unlike previous versions, this one has a built-in battery that holds a charge much longer than the old removable batteries of the past. Easily sync to a software wallet on desktop or mobile. This device can also hold multiple wallets with different seed phrases.

Buy, this is perfect for storing your bitcoins!
As an 18-year-old investor, I have found that the Keystone crypto wallet is an excellent choice for managing digital assets like Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. While the quick battery drain is a drawback, the overall quality and ease of use make it a worthwhile investment. I am eagerly anticipating future hardware releases from Keystone, as they have the potential to rival established industry leaders such as Ledger and Trezor. If they were to introduce a more compact, pocket-sized version with Bluetooth functionality, it could quickly become a top contender in the market. The inclusion of a camera and QR code scanning feature in the Keystone wallet sets it apart from other options, offering convenience for managing a variety of digital currencies. However, the fingerprint scanner's placement on the back of the device and its slow, finicky performance have been major drawbacks. In comparison, the thumbprint scanner on a 2-year-old Motorola G Power phone works seamlessly and is located on the side for easy access. The camera on the Keystone wallet excels at scanning QR codes but unfortunately lacks compatibility with other wallets or chains, which can be limiting. Ultimately, while the software and integrations of the Keystone wallet are impressive, the subpar hardware performance led to the decision to return the product.

Battery Issues - Don't waste your money
I purchased this a few months ago as I was looking for a hardware wallet alternative to Ledger. It seems to work quite well overall (uses QR codes so you don't need to physically plug your device into a PC). The fingerprint reader is a little clunky (usually takes me several attempts to read my fingerprint.) However, the biggest issue I have is that I have owned this device for just a few months now and the battery is completely dead and will not charge. I have to have it plugged in at all times to use it. I checked some online forums and some users had some similar issues with no resolution and that their support is very unresponsive. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for a hardware wallet.

Not worth the price
Battery dies really fast. Easy to use but the battery life right out of the box is awful. I turn it off right after using it. The SD card keeps failing no matter what card I use. Do not try to format the SD Card with the device it will not work. It may even ruin your SD card. Even after charger to 80% and turn it off for a few days it still lose charge.
