Tastes disgusting in water due to the copper, it tastes like your sucking a two pence coin. However pop it in a little orange juice and its fine 👍

Zinc copper ratio not good
It’s a good supplement but have to take extra copper as ratio of zinc to copper should be 10 to 1 which isn’t the case here that’s why I deducted a star
