otterbox has an amazing warranty department. this case has lasted my partner so long. and he beats up his cases. always dropping his phone. but this case is awesome! protects his phone greatly without making it feel super heavy or bulky.the clear color makes it nice to make it seem like the phone is naked. no case feel.i love that he can attach his magsafe pop socket and it’s just at strong without the case. amazing.

I have used OtterBox Symmetry cases on multiple iPhones for a number of years now. I love that they come in clear color to show off the color of the phone itself (but other color choices are available too). Most importantly, these cases do a great job of protecting the phone while not being too bulky. To me, the OtterBox Symmetry series provide the perfect balance between protection and bulk.Please note that I always have a screen protector on my screen in addition to the case. I've dropped my phones multiple times and the case usually does a great job of protecting my phone without a scratch. However, the screen protector has also helped because in some instances, the screen protector itself has cracked. The other thing to now is that if the phone falls face down (screen-side down) on an uneven surface, such as a pebble on the road, then the case will not be enough to protect the glass. This has actually happened to me once, but it was very rare.Lastly, I love that this particular case is MagSafe compatible and allows me to wirelessly charge my phone while it's in the case. I also am happy with the price I paid. It was very good value.My only complaint based on past experience is that the clear OtterBox Symmetry cases do tend to discolor and get darker over time. However, I've been using this particular case for a couple of months and I am not noticing any discoloration. I've been using the Otterbox symmetry series for years on all my iPhones and when I went to buy one for my new iPhone pro max I was surprised by some of the bad reviews so wanted to share my experience.I think a lot of people looking for a phone case don't realize that this is a different model than other Otterbox options. The case is designed to be less bulky, and doesn't curve over the screen like some of the other, larger options.However, having had this case on two past iPhones, I can tell you the protection is incredible, I've never so much as even had my screen protector crack, and I tend to drop my phone a lot.When I received this case, it fit exactly as expected based on my past experience with the symmetry models. It rises above the case, so if the phone were to fall on its face, no part of the screen would actually touch the ground, which is how it can offer such good protection without feeling bulky. It lines up perfectly in the charging areas and the buttons, and also offers raised protection in the back around the camera lenses, so that in case of a fall again they won't actually hit the ground.My favorite part about the symmetry cases is that they are so pretty and have fantastic designs. This one is bright and matches the product photos perfectly!Like I said, I've had these cases for three iPhones now, each phone lasted 3+ years without any damage and the cases lasted that long too. I'm thrilled to have a new one and looking forward to the next few years with this beautiful phone case.

This case is everything I was hoping for; sleek, stylish, and surprisingly tough. The Stardust finish adds just the right amount of sparkle without being too flashy, and I love that it still shows off the phone’s design. It snaps right onto MagSafe chargers with no issues, and the raised edges give me peace of mind when it comes to screen and camera protection. It feels slim in the hand but definitely sturdy. Perfect blend of function and style; OtterBox nailed it with this one.

Cute sturdy case that protects my iPhone so very well! Love this case - the colors and design make this not only attractive to look at, but very functional to keeping the phone from breakage in the event of accidental drop. Fits super well and tight to phone design.

Absolutely love this case! I’ve had it for about 6 months now and it is still holding up great. I do have a pop socket wallet on the back and you can see the MagSafe magnet on the outside of the case now. After about a month, the button “covers” became loose and my phone doesn’t always lock when I press the lock button because it moves off the button sometimes. Those are my only complaints though.
