Have been struggling to get this working for weeks! “Customer service” is by email only and they do not seem to comprehend the problem .. which I explicitly explained (could not get lock to sync even after trying every possible way and following their directions to a “t”). After weeks of back and forth emails, I was finally given a phone number I could call to have a tech person walk me through the installation … but she knew less about the installation than I did. She was just reading from a manual. At that point, I had those instructions sealed in my memory! She said she would escalate my issue to the Advanced Tech people, who I asked to have call me to walk it through. She wanted them to tell her how to do it and then she would tell me … but I could see just more problems with that and wanted someone who actually knew how to get it connected to speak directly with me. She said that Advanced Tech or she would get back to me. It has been over a week. No one has gotten back to me! This lock was installed on a brand new custom made, custom painted door and I really want it to work! It has great features .. but are useless if you cannot sync it to your WiFi and Bluetooth! I finally got it synced to WiFi but keep getting error message about not syncing to Bluetooth and nothing in the information addresses that! So very aggravated! And I don’t know if I can find another lock I like that will cover up where this one was (it is large) if I have to return it … IF I can return it (and another lock from same company bought at same time that is not attached) since the return period is past. Since I have weeks of emails back and forth, am hoping manufacturer makes good since it is outside of Amazon’s policy. So frustrated and annoyed!!!

I recently upgraded smart lock with fingerprint for my front door, the installation was very straightforward and just need to follow instruction which included in the pack.the product looked good quality and the fingerprint and keypad worked smoothly. I can also use app to control door lock/ unlock in the second floor without going to downstairs. The built-in camera and doorbell are an extra to add more secure and know who stand in my front door ahead of time. The fingerprint support multiple fingerprints and family member can be access easily, no worry about lock out any more. So far I am comfortable to recommend to other people who would like to upgrade their front door with smart lock.
