I am fully aware that this product is for sports gear and items you can't put in the washing machine but I used it for something else.I have had building work done to my home and had my sofa and chairs wrapped in plastic cling for several months to protect from plaster dust. Since removing the plastic I can smell a musty odour on my furniture and I have tried everything to rid it from the stench.I sprayed this mist over the soft furnishings and what a difference it has made for me, the odour hasn't completely vanished but it is very much improved by probably 80% improvement.*Please note: I am not suggesting that anyone should do what I did but my sofa odour really bothered me and it is going to be renewed in the next couple of years anyway.
