Prior to taking this product, I have tried many OTC medicines to overcome major IBS, acidity and inflammation issues that damaged my gut health. Now within 3 days of taking these sachets, I am feeling a relieved person with gut health restored to a large extent. Whatever is in those little sachets is doing some magic to my gut and happiness factor.Directions for use: I mix the sachet in the morning with a glass of lukewarm water and drink it, 30 mins prior to taking any major meal or beverages. Overall this is working well for me, and my bowel movement has also improved.Helpful suggestion: Along with taking these sachets, also try to improve and cleanup your daily diet / meal plan. I have reduced junk food intake especially the stuff that contain inflammatory oils and spices, and relying more on home cooked, moderately spiced food along with a good balance of salads.Cons: Only downside is that the product is quite expensive for only 15 days supply. But since it's working for me and keeps my mind on to more productive activities through the day, I have decided to go for a monthly subscription, which will also help me save few pennies on the overall cost. I will come back after 3 months and again to review the longer term efficacy of the product. I'll also try to reduce it to once every two days usage if gut health permits.

The media could not be loaded. Peping probiotics have worked well for me.... I did some research before buying and was happy with the clinical trials that they have done.... It gave me some faith and I also researched the ingredients.... I liked how they have fennel along with probiotics.... Even the other sides ingredients like Xylito are also used in small quantities so that they give benefits with no side effects.... I m happy that I did good research because the product did not disappoint.... Although I feel they can improve their packing.... Thank you amazon

Whatever it is in those tiny packets do really work..I have had severe bloating issues.. tried alot of medicine but none of them worked, this also eliminated all of my gut problems.. I have also stopped over eating

I do not like that the ingredients are not transparent, but rather one must look up every listed government allowed hidden code to know what they put into something that I hoped to help me get well. Unfortunately, this product has two sugar alcohols, sorbitol and xyletol, which are both known to cause diarrhea. I bought this product to stop diarrhea. Even if the codes are allowed by law for the label, does not mean that the company should not instead list the common name ingredient for the consumer's benefit.
