This is well made and thick but it is easy to fold and carry. It has a handle on it that makes it easy to carry around. It has good cushioning and is easy to store when not using.

This mat is perfect for anyone who wants to have the option of easy transportation, professional grade, and kids of all ages. I loved it so much I bought a second one! This mat is not only affordable, but also light and has handes to carry it with you. Another aspect of this mat I love is that it has Velcro siding that makes it easy to attach mats together. I bought this for my kids (ages 2&4) and they LOVE it. They spend hours tumbling, summersaults, jumping, and even laying down and watching a movie or napping on the mats. I plan on buying a few more to add extra space for myself to do yoga and MMA practice moves. When your done it easily folds right up and is ready to go with you, or slide under the bed for easy storage. I highly recommend this item for not only kids but adults as well. It's great for everything from gymnastics to a sleepover and everything in between! I hope this is helpful for someone!

This is a nice gymnastics mat. I like that it’s easy to fold and move around because it’s light weight and has handles. The color is also very nice. My daughter is a gymnast, and this is plenty long/wide enough to practice everything she learns at the gym at home. It works well on both our hardwood floors and the carpet. However, I don’t like that every single speck of dust, lint, and dirt get stuck on the Velcro. I honestly wish the Velcro didn’t exist. It gets caught on everything and is super obnoxious. I’m tempted to cut it off.

Super thick and durable!

I found my old yoga mat was too thin and difficult for me to get down to do my PT exercises since my knees and my hips are the issues. I went to my 2nd PT sessions and I had to do exercises on the floor mat. Of course they had a bigger and wider mat. And I had to say this mat is just what I need at home. Even though it is just 2 inches thick, it makes a difference for me to get down to the floor. It gives me some firm support without feel pain in my knees. I can do my side exercises with ease since the padding is soft enough but not too soft. It feels like the one in my PT office. It folds into 2ft x2ft since there are 3 sections with Velcro for easy storage with handles for easy to carry. I would not recommend for people who have bigger bodies since the mat is only two feet wide and it is just about right for me. If there is half feet wider would be better in my opinion since I had to move a little over when I do my side exercise from one side to the other.
