Will this work with Windows 11 64 bit?

Yes, it works fine for me with W11 Pro 64. FWIW, I don't recall any issues with this device (well, or anything!) when I upgraded from W10 to W11. Obviously, your mileage may vary. One thing was surprising to me (W10 or W11) is that the driver seems to insist on assigning these 4 ports to COM1 - COM4. Indeed, those COM port numbers are molded into the four connectors! No it is not a showstopper. Rather, it means that you should probably reassign anything on COM1-4 to higher COM ports before you install this device. Otherwise, it just works. I routinely (daily) rely on it for 38.4 and 115.2 connections with several devices. Obviously, your mileage may vary. No association with the vendor or manufacturer. Just a happy customer.

Does anyone know how to correlate which output goes to which COM port? (Without having to connect a device to each one by process of elimination)

sorry, there are no numbers on my for comports. I had to use the program to eliminate the other three Com ports for each and every piece of equipment.
