Easy to set up and use. Keyboard is large w/ caps only, a little different to look at but highly visible. Quick processing, we use mostly for home, business, streaming Teams and Zoom. No gaming. Very satisfied w/ the product.

Beautiful picture quality. Sound is outstanding. Very light weight. Worth the price. Glad I purchased this.

Watch out if you plan to use an external monitor. The graphics card in this thing can't support widescreen monitors w/out stretching the graphics. If you're using a normal aspect monitor or just the laptop screen you're good. (just a warning)

I like the operating system for windows 11. I also like the lightness in weight, the size and the storage capacity of this laptop. The only thing that I had problems with was my printer was always going to sleep and I couldn't print. After many hours, my technician finally resolved the printer problem. I always buy HP.

I bought this laptop in January to replace my other slow, old HP laptop. I was kind of hesitant to buy a laptop on Amazon from a seller I wasn't familiar with. This laptop is lighter and lightning fast. The battery life is decent. I have noticed the keyboard feels "empty" like there's nothing underneath the keys when I type. It only has 2 USB ports while my old one has 3 and.....there's no CD player. I didn't notice until I was trying to insert a CD with my MRI images lol. I'm happy with my laptop

One of the worst computers from a company which is known for faulty products. I should have known better with other technology purchased from HP, but NO. I needed a new computer and Amazon had one. The battery life was not what they advertised. It only lasted about an hour and a half. Then to charge it back up took over night. The display was blurry and not bright and easy to read. Today, I took it to Best Buy and recycled it. Did not have the thing longer than a year and a few months. Find a Dell, Lenovo, Asus or any other brand but this one.

Laptop works perfectly fine

I'm not an IT Person but I have worked on computers for over 20 years and I'm not stranger to setting them up. I can't use the keyboard unless I have a light on. It's silver and the letters can't be read even with a little daylight. I have tried to download my email address, all three of them and it puts me through the ringer and I still, after hours of trying cannot get 2 of them to open. It insists I use Edge when I prefer Firefox. I should be able to decide my defaults with having to answer the question every single time I open login if I want to change my default. Get a life...... On the plus size, the price was right, the camera quality is great, the keyboard touch is okay. I can send it back and I'm probably going to and get a different brand. I'm disappointed in HP. I have used their computer products many times. The only reason I'm replacing my current laptop is because the camera is on the bottom of the window. On zoom or the like, it looks up at you and that's not a good site. I need a camera that looks straight at me and this computer was just the ticket. BTW, I don't usually leave reviews but I couldn't pass this one up.

La computadora está muy bien desafortunadamente la pila no dura mucho y por lo mismo no se puede dejar en suspensión mucho rato
