The installation was really straightforward and easy, the case feels nice and durable, for $16 this is an insane steal and feels very high quality, the packaging was higher quality and the case all together is great. I can compare this to a $65 otter box case. Will 100% buy from this brand and will he recommending this brand to friends and family. 10/10

Fits my phone perfectly and has kept it protected from drops. The only thing I wish it had was a privacy screen. Overall I would recommend and definitely purchase again if needed!!

UPDATE: Seller offered a full refund, i had already bought another case same brand just different model, happy with customer experience.! When trying to open the case, like others have stated , the front part of the case that comes with the screen protector break easily, so easily that it was broken as soon as I opened it, I only tried splitting it in half to put the screen protector. When removing half of the case it broke. Save your money and maybe get a different version, this brand makes good cases but this one was just a waste of 30$. UPDATE: Seller offered full refund so overall still happy with the brand

Honestly there is not much for me to say other than this case is one of the best phone cases I have ever purchased. It looks awesome, the mag is super strong and all the buttons work seamlessly! With this your whole phone is covered and it even has a screen on the bottom where your speakers are to keep lint and dust out. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it doesn’t charge in my car on the wireless part because of the raised portion near the camera. Although that is actually more protection for the phone and camera lens it just sucks that i can’t charge it in my new car that way. But that is the only thing I can say bad which really isn’t bad. Just buy it and you will be happy you did. Btw I purchased 2 other cases when I bought this one and I chose this one over both!

I purchased this case when I got my new iPhone 16 Pro. I installed it before I started using the phone to get maximum protection since it had been a few years since I updated phones. This case is super tough and not too bulky, and it comes with full protection, including the little camera lens covers. After having it on for several months and being pretty rough with it due to the nature of my job, I ended up breaking one of the little camera lens covers. I contacted the company to ask about how to purchase more and they immediately sent me a whole brand new case no questions asked, and it was here within a couple days. Considering the level most companies give for customer service these days this was unexpected and exceptional. I would definitely recommend!

The iphone 16 pro has a small pin hole near the cameras on the back, which is for a microphone. The hole in the case is not aligned properly and covers up the microphone hole. I'm uncertain as to how that will degrade the functionality of the phone, but I would guess it would effect background noise cancellation in some way. The case fits fine despite this flaw, so I know it's not an issue with assembly or installation since everything else is aligned OK.From looking at other reviews, this listing has obviously been used for other iphones. I see reviews for iphone 15 and various other iphone 16 models. At the time I'm writing this review, the product title begins with "ESR for iPhone 16 Pro Case." With that, all the ESR cases are a mess to sort through. I thought I was ordering one with a kickstand, but what I received didn't have it. I saw another reviewer make a similar statement. Selecting a different color of a product shouldn't change the entirety of the product. But taking everything I said as a whole, that this product page is being reused for other products (iphone 15 cases for example, as you can see in customer pictures), ESR is simply reusing this page because it has relatively high reviews, which is entirely misleading since it's combining reviews for products not even listed on this page anymore.

This is the best case and a great value. I wish other cases were made like this. It is a solid and durable case providing protection for the sides and back like any other case, but it also includes a 9H tempered glass built into the case as well as protection for the camera lenses on the back. Typically, other cases that have similar features are bulkier and heavier. As expected, the magsafe works well. Buttons are responsive, touch screen works well, and the phone feels protected without excessive bulk. It doesn't have a kickstand which would have been icing on the cake, but I can't complain for the price. Highly recommend. Wish it came for other model phones like the Samsung galaxies.
