I like to freeze juices and fruits as well as pan sauces(not all together) and these silicone molds are perfect for all size portions. They do not hold odors of items frozen in them and they wash in a dishwasher like a dream. The sizes of the molds are great for lots of portion sizes and I can transfer the frozen blocks to silicone freezer bags to save them for later. I like the fact I can stack several in the freezer at the same time and after I pop out the blocks, wash up the molds and pop them back on the shelf awaiting the next nifty use. These are quality made and will last me forever. GREAT!

These are wonderful for freezing leftovers and meal prep. Now when I make a batch of soup for dinner we enjoy it that evening and I am able to freeze the leftovers in small portions that we can take out whenever we want. Easy to use and dish machine washable and can go in the freezer, fridge, and oven! I use it to help me meal prep as I like to cook in large batches and I freeze individual portions for future meals. Let's me stockpile meals for days I don't feel like cooking from scratch or I'm short on time. Freezes in convenient blocks that fit zip-lock bags perfectly and stack nicely. My only complaint is that the frozen blocks don't fit into my round or shallow rectangular reusable containers very well - might have to invest in a set that can accommodate the shape of the frozen foods.

Purchased as a gift for my mom that loves to make soups and chili and freeze it. She pops out the ice cubes and moves them to a ziplock bag. Then multiple servings can be stored in one bag and you can grad the one ice cube of food to heat up at a time. Great idea and very good quality
