simple effective
decent quality adapter, it worked, I was able to connect it and do what I needed but I also found out that Apple doesn't support audio through this adapter, like connecting a mic. Just power, so be aware if you like me are thinking of adding some sort of audio attachment, the lightning to usbc converter only supports charging. It works for what it was designed to do and it seemed to work well. It fit perfectly.

INEXPENSIVE BUT GOOD ADAPTERS FOR USB-C TO 8 PIN FOR IPHONE. MUST BUY!!!
I purchased these because I didn't want to buy new phone chargers so I thought it would be an inexpensive solution. They are good and it fits the USB-C connectors but one of the caps was loose nut still works. They are cheap and affordable and love the compact design. Definitely would buy again.

Works with my Otterbox case and AppleCarPlay
I was looking for a solution to use the same cable in my car instead of swapping from USB C to Lighting. I tried to buy one of those big cords with the built-in adapter, but they did not fit with my Otterbox Defender case. This adapter works seamlessly with my USB-C cable. Now I can use all my phones with Apply CarPlay. I would recommend it!
