Used/ damaged product sold as new
I bought this for my daughter around 30/07 for her birthday and to take as a small present for her to open on our holiday abroad. She has just opened the actual lip balm to find it as pictured. “Is this a joke?” She said. I have just looked on the returns and I can’t ask for a refund after 30 days plus she removed the packaging/ bar code and it’s gone. She specifically wanted Shea butter Body Shop lip balm so I was willing to pay £9.99 for it. Other stuff I ordered was fine but I’m really miffed I’ve list a tenner on this.Zero stars is not an option but zero stars for this product.
