My old Samsung region free stopped working for no reason. It was so expensive and though I had it for years I barely used it. So I needed a quick replacement that was region free and my dad ordered this for me. It's really great and works wonderfully! EDIT: today woke up to the power/plug button turned red. As we got closer we noticed it glitching and making crackling noises. And now it won't work

arrived completely broken. green light stayed on while plugged in. however screen would stay Black. disk tray would not open until the 10 try then ate my copy of space jam and wouldn't give it back till the 10th try again... useless piece of plastic

This is actually very good especially for the price. Light weight. Easy to hook up. Picture and sound quality is good. I would recommend

The one I just bought is a backup for when one of my other DVD players wear out. Last year I bought this multi region model to have on hand for the same reason. A few weeks ago, the current DVD player I was using burnt out. I was thankful for already having one on hand. I so love this DVD player. I haven't one complaint about it. For me there is a bonus feature. You have the option to be able to continuously replay. I watch a lot of TV series and some of them stop after each episode. and you have to get the remote to press play. But this Expertcom Pro you can hit the continuous button when you put your disc in, hit the repeat button and it will continue all the way through all the episodes then start over again. The picture and sound are great. The company was quick getting the player to me. I highly recommend this DVD player.

Just hooked this up today, and it was so easy. Good instructions in the manual. So far it's playing great. Has a lot of features and functions, and you can't beat the price. I have a regular VCR and another that records from VHS to DVD, but they're big, bulky, and a pain to connect as they're older than my smart TV. I love this little player. Will update if any issues develop, but I'm hoping none do.

Broke in less than year after no more than a handful of uses!! Purchased for compact size and decent reviews at the time. We only use when camping. Only used maybe like 10 times and suddenly started saying "no disk" when we tried to watch something. Item is a POS. Do not buy!
