Recently I bought cisco console cable it was very good. I used cisco, juniper, allied devices an esally access and this console cable you used before you install console driver then plug and access .

Faulty cable of no use
I had bought the cable for my son for use in hostel. However he could not use it for one month due to restrictions in hostel. When he tried to use the cable it did not work even for one time. Very bad product of on use. Just wastage to money. Now return window has also closed.

For some reason mine is not detecting pure storage array
Tried to connect to storage box but not working.. return window is also closed. Not able to test with other equipments

Cable length short , on purchase showing different.
I received the cable length, 1.5 Meter , while order it is showing 1.8 Meter.

This is not a FDTI chip.
This is not an FDTI chip.it is a CH340 chip. it will not work in the Cisco access point, Mikrotik device and Fiber optic OLT.

Well made console cable
Though it's my first console cable I have to admit I was impressed by the quality of this one. Worked out of the box perfectly!

Works great on MikroTik Routers
I got this to be used to configure my MikroTik Router so that I didn't need to find a spare port.Works rather well.

Not works
It is installed automatically, but shows only stupid letters and symbols when using through console. Tried all speeds and different terminals, same effect.
