Good product that works if you understand what your doing.
Product does make decent crepes, but you have to understand how to make crepes. This product has no recipes included and the instruction manual is a hilarious attempt at probably Chinese to English. So here are the basic instructions. 1. Google "Crepe Mix". I chose Martha Stewart. Real easy to make if you have a blender. If your store has crepe mix, you can try that too. Don't use pancake mix, even though they may say you can. Pancake mix has a rising agent that's not in crepe mix and there's a different water to flour ratio. (just take my word for it). After making batter, pour into white bowl that comes with the pan. 2. Pre-heat your new crepe pan. Not much here. Plug in, turn on, red-light, wait about 5 minutes. 3 Gather tools. Silicone spatula and maybe some silicone tongs. Also a tray lined with wax paper and some paper towels to wipe up drippings. 4. Look over and check the can of non-stick spray, make sure the cap is on and forget it's there as you won't need it. While traditional cast iron crepe pans may need this, this pan is non-stick. If you spray this pan with it, the batter won't stay adhered when dipped. 5. Turn the pan over and dip in the bowl of batter (see video) Turn back over. In 30 seconds or so you should be able to loosen it up with the spatula and turn it using the tongs or your fingers. 6. Cook to desired texture and put crepe on wax paper. I found there is no real recovery time for the thermostat. You can go ahead and repeat 5 and 6 until you run out of batter. After about a minute or so of cooling, the crepes are stackable, meaning they should not stick together. Just be careful, crepes are delicate. When your all creped out, you can fill them. The photo shows my finished product. I filled the crepes with banana slices and canned whipped cream and topped with more whipped cream and fresh blueberries. A pan like this is good for an apartment or when you are faced with an electric stove. If you have a gas stove, go for the cast iron option. Why, because that's how God intended it to be. But in the face of adversity, he give you options, like this. Good price. Good buy. "A woman's place is not in the kitchen. That's my world."

Fast, Simple, Easy to clean
We have a family tradition of pancake night for between 16-20 people at a time. It used to take my dad 4-5 frying pans going at the same time and over an hour to make enough and then he would eat alone when it was all over. I bought 3 of these a month ago with weary expectations and we’ve now had two pancake nights with success. It takes about a minute per crepe and they’re nice and thin. It took us about 30 mins to make almost 100 newly perfect crepes. They wipe down with a damp cloth and the tray goes in the dishwasher. Easy peasy! Our recipe is easy and works every time: 1.25 c milk .25 c melted butter 2 T maple syrup 2 eggs 1.5 t vanilla 1 c flour .5 t salt And we serve them with Nutella and strawberries, lemons and powdered sugar, or eggs, ham, and cheese.

Simple, easy to use.
Product arrived earlier than expected (date was moved up). Product received in good condition - no damages. It would have been nice to include instructions for making items (i.e. crepes) along with other product details. Overall, item is okay.

Great foe making things crepes
I have tried making thin crepes in a pan. I make them too thick for my liking. This is easy to use and clean. Once you get the hang of it you can make crepes pretty fast.

Great when you need to make a lot :)
Took a little practice but did an amazing job. I bought this to make a crepe cake and it came out beautifully! This made the task quick and easy.

Convenient but not quite as advertised
It's a very convenient unit to make crepes. Takes a couple of tries to get the hang of it. There is NO TEMPERATURE CONTROL. Instead you have to listen to the sizzling and pay attention to the edges. Once it starts to brown, work around it to lift it then flip it. You can turn the power off and on if needed. Also, don't overwork your batter or they'll get too rubbery. Also be warned that the heat level is inconsistent with uneven cooking. The heating element toward the handle cooks faster than other areas so keep that in mind. The cable is also really short so either get the cordless or get an extension cord. As for the smell... my dad said it smelled like a bakery and was really nice lol so that was a plus. For the mix, I used Stonewall kitchen premix.

So simple!
We love crepes, but didn't eat them often because it would take so much effort to make them. This has solved that problem for our family! This tool is a uni-tasker (sorry Alton Brown), but I have made space for it in our kitchen because it is SO worth it! I watched some video reviews and almost didn't buy this before of their content. The tool is designed for the crepes to NOT be turned. You prepare your batter, dip and when it's dry on top you drop it off onto a plate... perfection. The side of the crepe that was the bottom is light browned and should be your outside of your crepe when filled. The top/inside is fully cooked, but not browned and doesn't need to be browned. So don't follow those silly videos and try to turn the crepe... it's not needed or part of the design. I like to make a lot of crepes at once and store in the fridge for my family to reheat/eat whenever they want. It's so easy and fast! I highly recommend!

Good crepe maker, not enough instructions, no recipes shld have for the price.. you need to let it heat for 5 minutes once done, you need to soak it for at 5 sec. Easier to use if you use a recipe with a little bit of oil. Otherwise works well, cord could be a little longer

Oh I love this appliance!!! It works so well. Takes all the unnecessary work out of cooking crepes. Easy to flip. You can sit and read a book or watch a movie or have a nice conversation with someone. Price was reasonable. Tools that came with it were handy and accurate. The one and only thing I have an issue with is that the cor is too short. So you have to sit/stand close to the wall to make crepes. Easy to clean.

Sube tanto la temperatura que quema las crepas antes de cocinarlas. Mal diseñado pues la masa queda metida dentro de una ranura entre la plancha y el cuerpo del sartén.

These inverted pans are a game changer for crepe making. Making it as easy as toasting bread. There is a cool end to the pan, but it doesn’t prohibits the crepes from cooking through without having a not as cooked end or a burnt end. This one with that pan dipper is the best as using plates make it messy and more difficult with not getting proper dip and thickness. The batter dipper pan is just a large important as the actual inverted cook pan when buying these.
