My sister is an avid yoga fan ! She asked me to look up the yoga wheel and found it on Amazon ! She couldn’t be happier !

This is what’s been missing from my Pilates routines all these years! An essential from someone who works at a desk/chair every day to correct posture. Super easy to use and relieves a lot of back and neck pain!

This turned out smaller than I was expecting. After I got it I questioned how it was a needed piece of equipment. I believe that Just about any athletic ball, medicine ball or the like.

I really like this! Idk what I’m doing or what I can do 100% yet, but it’s working so far for the yoga/Pilates im doing! I also like to roll on it! It did take awhile to receive, idk if that was just a fluke or not though.

Cheaper than most, and while you miss out on the ergonomic cushioning offered by others, it gets the job done. The cushion has lasted me a few months so far, even with 3x weekly use. I got it on sale, so definitely well worth it.

My 6 foot tall son wanted to use this after it arrived, and I was so worried that it would collapse under his weight, but it held up. Not even a wobble. The padding that keeps it from sliding around also makes it comfortable to use. Whenever anyone in our house needs a good back stretch, we grab this tool.Highly recommended for yoga use as well. All around great addition to our workout room.

I'm always suffering from some back pain, especially my upper back. This helps me stretch and "crack" my back and avoid the chiropractor! It is a little bit hairy getting off of it and even onto it. I have used giant exercise balls as well but I like this better. It's harder than an exercise ball but those are 3d and test my balance a lot and make my muscles get denser since I have to basically use my legs to get the ball to stay in place. This wheel lets me relax more. Even though it's a hard plastic underneath the softer foam. I don't have to tense my legs as much to stay in place. With the ball, you can easily go sideways and that is annoying and not what I want.Honestly my only real issue with it is keeping dust and cat hair off of it! I keep it in the closet when not in use. I love it. I'm interested in some other sizes as well.

I tried to use this to stretch my spine and I feel like I almost snapped it instead haha. It is a bit difficult to safely get off of it once you're on it. Also, it hurts to roll your back up and down it due to the hard plastic with little cushion. It is better used for other yoga exercises in my opinion.
