I did have some problems with Logitech GHub app on windows 11 . I wish Logitech would just have drivers available without having to install additional software . Install ghub extract driver and uninstall Ghub worked for me . I dint find much difference with GHub software configurations, but that just me . If anyone else has problems with the GH software, what work for me was launching app, and ghub processes As administrator .

I break headsets with cords, so I bought this. sounds awesome and love the fact that theres an EQ for it on PC. i dont know what the mic quality is cuz i got my own microphone. anyways this is a great buy! and to add, it’s been a year and a half and this set has treated me phenomenally. It’s still going on strong with no problems.

The product works well and is of nice quality, my one complaint is that it was grimy. It had dirt and debris on it, but not on the padding. It was more like on the adjustable headband and the outside of them where the silver logo is. It wasn't hard to clean which made me a little more disappointed that they didn't do it before reselling the pair. The attached images are the before and after I cleaned them.

This is my favorite gaming headset. The quality is phenomenal and I’m hard of hearing. The mic apparently sounds weird from my previous wired version of this same headset but idk. I love it! Best headset out there

The headset randomly shut off and and restarts cutting out randomly and crackling for 3-10 seconds. I have had this issue before but then it went away a few months ago but it is back and worse than before. The battery level doesn't matter and can happen plugged in or not. So I have been trying to fix this myself for the last week or so with what I can find online. I have made sure all my drivers are up to date. I have confirmed the firmware is up to date. I uninstalled G-hub, the headset from device manager, restarted, reinstalled both. I have made sure the dongle is fine. I tried various USB ports of direct to MB and PC case ports. I have reset the dongle and headset with the little pin reset buttons. I have tried having the surround sound off in G hub. I have shut off any windows settings changing anything in sounds settings. I have tried each of the different audio qualities in the sounds settings. And various combinations of the above. It's driving me insane. I reached out for support finally after trying to fix it myself for hours and no response. Nothing from Logitech. the 1o minute wait for a rep was over an hour before I gave up. No phone reps only online chat and no response. Seriously buy any other product Logitech is not the same company from 6 years ago that made great products. Now its basically intel, apple, and blackberry. Just waaayyyyyyy too high a price for low or mid level quality of as product with 0 support.

Logitech knocked it out of the park with these. WARNING: These will SPOIL you for other headphones. No, really. They're very comfortable and the sound is...well, you have to hear it to understand it. The refurb price made these an insane value.

If you're looking for noise cancellation, this is not the best option.

La calidad del headset es la esperada de Logi de este set de gama alta y la verdad se oye excelente el micrófono Blue voice le ayuda muchísimo como siempre y la capacidad que tiene de poder procesar audio en dts es impresionante

Ngl the best price for this headset. It works and sound great but it didnt came with the soft foam pads. Sad say im a little disappointed because i use the foam pads more than the leather but other than that, Logitech never disappoints with their products.

I was immediately told by my friends that the mic quality was absurdly a**. I had to revert back to my previous headset from embarrassment. Everything also felt quieter even with everything at 100%. My other headset was set to 50% because that was already too loud. DO NOT GET THIS HEADSET!!
