Micro Sol and Micro Set Setting Solutions 1 Ounce Bottles by Microscale Industries

These are easy to use, but do read the instructions first regarding application. They are used to help the decals adhere more firmly to the model, and to soften the decal so that it can conform to awkward shapes, panel lines etc. The liquid being applied with brushes. However, with the bottles being tall and narrow these can easily be tipped over spilling product (don’t ask how I know). It is possible to buy specialist holders for these items, but now I simply stick the bottles to my work surface using some blue tack.

One of most popular softening and setting solutions there is. I have never had a problem with it.

There was nothing I disliked about the product as it did what was expected and very well.

This stuff is amazing. I was a bit dubious as to whether this would work on uneven surfaces. It works brilliantly, on curves and recesses. Can't recommend this enough, if you have decals on models or miniatures this is a must buy.
