Q: Would this work in strollers?

I honestly don't think it would work on anything, the elastic on it is so extremely stretchy that when the child's head moves they take it with them, it gives absolutely no support.

Q: have these been tested if they slip down and cover the child's nose or mouth for breathing?

A child was strangled by this item when mom got into a car accident. It was in the news.
