While it’s a little expensive, it is worth it. It is a soft surface for the ice bath to sit on and vented incase water gets on the floor, it won’t cause mold or mildew under the mat. It is also a the perfect size for the bath plus an area to step in and out

This mat is extremely solid. You'd have to be trying to fall down to slip on it. It doesn't feel super great on the bottom of my feet, but I'm also a pretty heavy guy and I don't think it's all the mat's fault. I've never once had any issues with it though. Works great!
