do you just slide it onto the page of the book?

If I remember correctly they have two 'pockets', part page width. One slides the front cover into one and the rear cover into the other.

It is both advertised as a4 and a5, so i'm confused which one is it? and do you get 3 covers in one pack for £1.79?
