This really worked for me. It might not be for everyone but it was very helpful for my back pain.

Everyone needs one!!
Wow!! This is so helpful and incredibly effective i have just ordered one for my mum, who like me suffers from fibromyalgia.After just one day using this on trigger points i woke up for the first time in weeks without a headache, no tingling or numbness in my hands and arms, my jaw wasn't tense and jutting out on one side as it often does due to clenching (TMJ). I had hesitated over this as i was skeptical about its effectiveness but its given my hope that i can improve my symptoms with regular use! Definitely recommend!

Pressure Positive Backnobber 2 - I love you
Suffering for years - relieve in a week!!!Fantastic product, would highly recommend to anyone who suffers with knotted muscles. I've tried the Beast Foam Roller, tennis balls, heat pads, ice packs and snooker balls, plus various physio exercises, but this really does the trick.Often you can't find the knot when you are rolling around on the floor with other product, but with the backnobber you can easily locate it and add as much pressure as you like.I kept using it for a week (stretching afterwards) and it has worked wonders.

Usefull
I do have trigger point problems quite often. With this backnobber, I can find the locations of those trigger points much easier. I use this to apply deep heat to the affected areas. Very good and easy to use. I think it is made of kind of metal so it is very sturdy. I can apply quite some pressure on the affected areas with it without feeling damaging it. Very happy with it. Going to buy another one for my dad.

Amazing bit of kit!
Great bit of kit. Really gets in to release the scapula, traps and delts. Phenomenal at working out knots you never realised you had and restoring mobility. I pulled my trap and managed to get it out of spasm whereas it was only a sports massage that would manage that previously for me!

It comes with a very good instruction manual which also includes some basic exercises
Bought this iin the hope of getting rid of some difficult to reach knots. I opted for this largedly based on reviews. It comes with a very good instruction manual which also includes some basic exercises. However the product itself I just cannot get the hang of. The very places I need to reach I don't seem to be able to with any adequate pressure. Obviously from what others say this is a good product but maybe just not for me.
