DK Top 10 Paris (Pocket Travel Guide)

I bought this because it is a pocket travel guide loaded with useful info. I had taken a stack of other guidebooks (including this one and DK's full version) on Paris out of my local library. They were big books that I wouldn't take with me, but this one is very handy.

excellent guide for a visit to the City of Light.

If u wanted around yourself and don’t take tours These books are helpful in the downtown areas most. They’re nice and easy to read. Lot of short to the point summaries and there are the highlights.

This was my Bible for Paris. My husband and I visited for four days in the Fall of 2010 and had a prepared list of things to see, thanks to this book. The map made it simple to take a bus or the metro from our hotel to any area in Paris where we would spend the day. We walked for hours from one historic site to another, and ate where the locals ate, always finding delicious food. I just ordered this updated book for our daughter's trip.
